Ordered the #4, 5 piece spicy chicken strip meal. Got to the window and had to wait longer than expected but thought they were... cooking them fresh so wasn't worried, nope they were dry. First time to a Popeyes. Fairly disappointed. Always heard their commercials bragging about "Louisiana seasonings". If you put... their fried chicken next to KFC, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to tell them apart .... Biscuits same thing. Mashed potatoessame as well except Popeyes come with a tiny bit of thin gravy on them that definitely does not taste like KFC gravy. And that'snot a compliment. Don?t waste your money! Myself, two friends and a 3 year old, received a Uber order of , Beans & Rice, Thighs, Breasts, Legs,... Biscuit, Banana Cream Pie, (NO) Ice Tea?s & Signature Lemonade. The chicken was too crunchy, a bit dry had no taste, the riceand beans no taste, our biscuit was very dry and hard, I don?t know how the dessert was, my friend took it home. We never gotour drinks. Went to the drive-thru and ordered the special ads 5 pieces for 6.99 I've seen on TV. They said they don't honor them anymore. I... asked why. They said it stopped. I asked to speak to the manager. I told the manager that I just watched the ad before I went tothe store. He said the special was over. Then why are they still showing the ad on TV. Manager just said that it is over and hecan't do anything. Proceeded to tell me to order something or go because there were cars behind me rolling his eyes. Veryunprofessional. I wouldn?t even give a one star, if that was an option. My order was messed up, so I tried to call multiple times and no one... answered. I emailed Popeyes and they sent my complaint to the store manager to contact me. After waiting and waiting, I got backin touch with Popeyes and once again I was told a manager would be in touch. Still NOTHING. I did this 3 times. Finally at9:30pm weeks later, someone reached out to me to tell me they supposedly had been contacting me and asked why I kept opening upthis complaint after he kept closing it out. I told him I was never contacted and he was so rude the whole time. My order wasNEVER fixed and I will not be going there again. Read more
Usually a great place to grab fast but good food. Today I don't know what happened, customer service was lacking and no... enthusiasm from the drive thru employee. My food looks like it was thrown in the bag the fry bag at the bottom of the food bagunder the fries that were dumped in. Read more
We got the 16 piece meal. The mild chicken was okay, the biscuits seemed a bit dry, and the gravy for the potatoes wasn't that... bad. I would have like for the potatoes to have actually filled the cup since the cup size for the sides isn't very big. Thecoleslaw....had a light pinkish tint so I just tossed it as I wasn't about to try it. The sweet tea was good. Read more
It is very disappointing to find that your choice for lunch was regrettable :( Chicken pieces where undercooked, blood was very... visible, besides, it looked like the chicken bones were broken before cooking, so that ended up with more blood!
