We got here at 11:05 am for a single pizza, waited 15 minutes to just get someone to take our order, we ended... up asking one of the 7 people for help and she walked away and got someone else without even saying a word to us. Placed an order around 1 for pick up at 4. They lost the order and said it wouldn't be ready till 4:45. The person making the... pizza kept scratching thier back and head and then handling the food without gloves or washing. First time here. Super clean. Staff wearing masks. Manager very helpful and courteous in order assist. SO.MUCH.FOOD. The pizzas... could not have been more perfect. Taste and quality were very good. I ordered the #1 Special, with a Hawaiian pizza with double pineapple and the standard 1/2 bucket of wings... These are the 1/2... bucket of wings you receive (photo below).. I had a poor experience here last year, but thought a second chance was in order. Iwas charged for double pineapple, but received less than HALF of what's in their photos and it was a SMALL pizza, not amedium. Every time I've called for delivery, the answer is the same... 1 hour - 1.5 hours, no matter the day or time and havebeen told pick up is better. Not only that, but they won't accept delivery orders after 10:30 on Saturdays even though that'snot what it says online. I'm sad I'd rather give my money to a commercial restaurant than these guys. So disappointed of this place and all pizza plus areas . They always changing their food supplies, such the chicken wings... quality, now the fries ! Come on ! The franchise is trying to save some money But honestly you are just loosing customers. plusthey have kids working with no supervision, they are always playing around.
