Don't waste time and money. 1st pizza was over cooked, waited 15 mins more for a new one, but it was essentially exact same... burnt pizza.. Nobody even works there.. The new pizza was sitting out of oven for 10 minutes and 1 guy who was there was on thephone the whole time...From original order till pick up I wasted an hour for a terrible and expensive 1 toppingpizza... We wish we could have rated our experience with ZERO stars. Most incompetent phone service possible. Rude. Impatient, I don't... know anyone that is in highschool or for that fact in middle School.. and most elementary school... that can't add 8+8...Really, we spoke with 2 order takers... neither knew what the cost of the menu items as well. I ordered a large 1 topping pizza and cheese breadsticks and had it delivered today. Everything was soggy and had tasted... terrible!! Absolutely a waste of money!! I just had a medical procedure and haven't eaten in two days, so I had this delivered.And seriously neither me or my teen could eat this garbage! Straight to the trash it goes!! Read more
I had not eaten at Pizza Hut in almost 20 years. I ordered two pizzas plus dessert for delivery. The pizza was delivered about... 30 minutes after coming out of the oven as best I can tell. They used a delivery service, not a Pizza Hut employee for thedelivery and it was slow so the pies were only lukewarm. The thin crust pizza was a wet soggy mess so I threw it away. Theregular crust pizza was soggy but edible. It was okay, not great. It did have a good amount of toppings but almost no cheese. I called to complain about the delivery, they just left it at the door and did not ring the bell, and the kid who answers thephone was polite but clueless otherwise. There are much better choices around, even Domino's around the corner does it better. Read more
I ordered a pizza at 9:30pm since they are a mile away from me, I hadn't eaten all day and was in need of a quick meal. The... order estimate was 25-35 minutes. At 10 I get a text saying it's out for delivery. 20 minutes later, no pizza so I call and ask,he says the driver had another order so I should just wait. 20 more minutes pass, I call again and ask for a refund because thedriver had returned even though I still had no pizza. They could not refund me unless I went in the store, which was about toclose, so they offered to make me a new order and deliver it, with a free drink to make up for the trouble. Well it is now 11:15and I still have no delivery, no one called me, no one came by. I guess I will now have to try to get a refund out of corporate.Oh, and I tipped 25% in advance. Decent tasty lunch for me and my family. Large half pepperoni half cheese pizza regular crust for the kids. Medium meatlovers... pizza regular crust for me and the wife. Honey bbq wings. Kids loved their pizza, no leftovers. My pizza was good, crust wasvery tasty. The wings were okay. Overall no complaints from my family or me. The appearance seems old, could use some fresheningup to brighten up the place. No doggie bags today. Cashier, friendly and helpful. Foodbill at $50 plus. I ordered one of the new melt items for carry out, and when I picked up the order I simply trusted that the employees would know... to place all the items that belong with it together. Unfortunately, they did not put any marinara sauce into the box. The photoof the food item displayed marinara as a side, it's part of the meal. I was handed a box containing dry cheese bread with meattoppings. Drove all the way home before looking and realizing they screwed up. Contacted them and they refunded my order.Wouldn't order from that same place again since their attention to basic details is non existent. Read more
