I?m all for the local place that employs the teenagers, but their visiting friends need to be reigned in. A dozen teens sprawled... out across the restaurant, constantly wandering around and rough housing with one another and yelling. Couple of them wereplaying with dough they were given, tossing it in the air, squishing it into the table and at the register counter. All of themkept sticking their hands in the salad bar stuff and then dipping it all in the ranch container- so that was lovely to witnessafter having made myself a salad plate that I was sharing with my toddler. The place is cute, the pizza was good. The games area fun touch. Soda machine broken, the kids kept messing with it though. One kid clocked in after we got there and seemed to be alead of some sort, he was nice enough to check on us and give us some plates which we hadn?t been given. The girls working keptcoming out from behind the counter to hang with their friends in the restaurant and outside. Idk, probably won?t go back, maybeit?s better on weekends when it?s not a school day. Read more
Had dine-in before. Was really great. Ordered delivery. ?? Disappointed. Took 1 hour 40 minutes. Pizza was cold and the top was... stuck to the cardboard box.$48 ?? We live fairly close. Will definitely pick up in the future. Read more
The owner has a severe attitude problem. I called and ordered a pizza that I wanted. During the call it and she/he (not sure... what pronoun to use) felt it was OK to interrupt my order with an opinion. This caused a distraction to the person taking myorder on the phone. Thier staff already has a hard time taking orders and getting the correct without distractions. I simplysaid I know what I like and tell that person in the background to shut up. When I got there to pick up my pizza that person (theowner also the peron interrupting) thought it would be OK to give me a lecture on how I should act towards people. If you wantto go to a place where they flip attitude and mess up your order almost guaranteed, than this is the place for you. They justlost a customer that orders from them 1-2 times per week. The service was prompt and excellent! The employees were not only Polite but personable, helpful and very knowledgeable. The... kind of employees I would hire. I?m in the process of moving to this area within the next year and having good experiences likethis are just another step in that direction. Extremely disappointed in our experience here. We spent $40 on one large pizza and two orders of garlic bread sticks and... everything was burned and rock hard. There was a school fundraiser occuring at the time and the restaurant was clearly NOTprepared. The young employees there needed direction and no one was helping them. There was not a manager in site. We hadordered online and specifically asked for our pizza to be undercooked because these chains tend to overcook their pizza andended up throwing away some of the pizza as it was completely inedible. Overall, I used to like the pizza factory chain but thefood in the area has really gone downhill over the last few years. This was the last straw and I can honestly say that I willnever eat at this location again or the others in the area. Such a bummer and I'm sure all the other people felt the same way aseveryone was being served burned food. Would NOT recommend eating here. Read more
