Terrible service, when I order my boba someone else order the same and used the portion to their drinks. When it's my turn they... used the same mixture they used for the others so my order is less taste and kept the leftover in a separate container. Don'tbuy boba here. Read more

Unfortunately I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. Their service and food has really gone downhill, I'm not sure what... happened. We went tonight and it was disappointment after disappointment. First off my 11-year-old daughter ordered pot stickersand it covered them in cayenne pepper. When we mentioned it they said sometimes that's how they come. What? She was on fire.Next I ordered the stir fry vegetables with beef and they gave me stir-fry vegetables with no beef. When I tried to bring it totheir attention they said that they would bring me some beef, which they did and it was absolutely disgusting. Then instead ofcharging me for what I had ordered they charged me for stir-fry vegetables plus a side of beef which was a few dollars more.When I again brought it to their attention they did nothing, I wasn't going to argue so I paid and left. My wife normally getsthe pork spring rolls and the pork was very dry, my daughter also got the orange chicken which was also very gross. TheMongolian beef was mediocre at best. Our server demonstrated on more than one occasion that he couldn't have cared less that wewere there. I was so excited to have my favorite comfort food, Pho.....until I tried this place! The "broth" was literally flavorless water!... It was terrible! I ended up leaving my bowl "large" and still full, minus two bites on the table. Seriously awful! Read more

I tried thier Pad Thai, chicken (although I ordered shrimp) if you are use to Bangkoks in Reno then you maybe a bit... disappointed. Great flavor just different style of noodles. Their fried rice is delicious. Reason for three stars, the lastthree times I have gone I don't get what I actually ordered. Read more
