this store is always out of my preference of chewing tobacco. I have mention to the manager that it might be smart to double his... order because they are out ever week. The past three weeks they've been out of my brand of Copenhagen, now it took 3 weeks because I didn't say anything, hoping that... they would understand if they're going out of something quicker they should order more of it, but no. I am from California that visiting a worker at the Maverik. And I do got to say that it's my 1st time here in Sparks NV and I... have never ever seen a cleaner & friendly gas station in my life. Definitely recommend to anyone of they need gas or food. Bothkitchens was very clean & sanitary. Workers wore gloves. Breakfast burrito that I had was bomb af. Ceryl the morning cashierlady is a sweetheart to the heart. And she's also friendly with a positive attitude. Well everyone had a positive. Everyone hada smile on their face. Went to pump $10.11 for gas. Printed the receipt for $10.11. But somehow I have a charge for exactly $50.00?! Tellers are not... helpful, they don?t even know their customer service #. There is no accountability from the cashier just a lot of attitude. Theycouldn?t simply void the transaction and recharge the card to get it taken care of. They couldn?t get the manager to walk themthrough proper procedures and I had to reach out to customer service after googling the number. Thankfully customer service ishelpful, however they couldn?t resolve my issue because the retail CSR closes at 7pm. They also could not simply contact thestore directly to get it taken care of because the tellers are inept. I will update my review if the issue is resolved. One of the newer Mavericks so one of the best. They have chai there but its kinda sweet. Looks clean, nice staff.
