I paid for a pizza and crazy bread I never received due to them cancelling my order 10 mins after it was suppose to arrive!!... They have done nothing to resolve the issue after twice of them promising to remake the order, and leaving 2 voice-mail tocorporate because they didn't want to deal with their screw up, much less even apologize or make it right! Anyone know theowners of this franchise because I want to contact them and tell them how poor their customer service is!! Read more
Third update: They now have a sign on the door that they will only take online orders. Ordered online but still not ready on... time.... unfortunately I can't give less than one star. Second update: I still continue to go here because it is close to thehouse. However, I went there tonight and they were out of everything. I offered to wait and they said they didn't even have anydough to make pizzas with? Updated: Even though I have been vaccinated they required me to wear a mask. Good deal to feed thekids when we have a sleepover. However, I ordered half cheese and half pepperoni and they changed me $2.25 extra for notputting pepperoni on half the pizza. I know it's not much money but don't give me less and charge me more. Read more
The management at this location needs to lead from the front. The blatant picking up the phone & hanging up will test the wrong... persons patience one day. This is not a good business practice & with today's technology, a polite voice message stating thehours of operation, or "we are busy making fresh pizza with a limited staff, plz place an online ordered and we look forward toseeing you soon". It's not rocket science. It's called customer service. The last pizza I got, looked like it was thrown intothe box, beacused the topping had slid to one side. 10/15/21 6:38 PM on a Friday and I couldn't order in person, but she "has" to take online orders. That's great for customer... service. The first and last time coming to this location. A young man just placed a sign in the door as I'm sitting in my carthat that they're not taking lobby orders. That sign would have been helpful 15 minutes ago when I walked into the lobby andwas ignored by the misguided girl with the pigtails. Read more
