This place is NEVER open on the weekend. This has been going on for quite some time, I get it 'labor issues'. How much longer... are we going to use that excuse, especially when others have gotten their labor issues figured out. This is a management issue.I always told me boyfriend when we came thru here that the employees look and act like they hate their lives. Read more
They are only going to be open till 4:00 for a long time until they can get help. We got little John's and for lunch it was... perfect. The store is just way too small and way too cramped. Other than that the food was just okay. There was not a lot ofmeat or veggies and it could be because we got the smaller sandwich. Read more

I work in retail and understand the labor shortage, but I don?t understand horrible customer service. Trying to go to this store... on my lunch break, I pulled up to the drive through speaker and was told someone would be right with me. As I sat there for 3,4, 5 minutes, I observed two Jimmy John employees taking the trash out. They were laughing and kicking the bags around, talkingto each other. I politely asked if there was anyone to take my order as I had now been sitting at the speaker for 7minutes. ?When we get back in!? The employee snapped at me rudely as he turned his back on me to continue to talk to hiscoworker. 10 minutes after pulling up to the speaker, the two employees were still outside talking. I drove away and won?t becoming back. Good thing Jersey Mikes is in the same complex with great service. In less than 10 minutes I had sandwich in handand headed back to work. Read more
