I am so incredibly frustrated with this location. The customer service is usually very good. However, I can never rely on this... place to be open. I have never been dealt with a restaurant that consistently is not open during their normal business hours.Tonight it is posted that they are open until 9 pm but they were closed 30 minutes prior. On several other occasions they havebeen closed an hour before closing or just closed for the day (happened on 2 separate occasions) with no notice on the door ordrive thru window. TERRIBLE. I waited in the drive-through longer than I?ve waited for my dad to come back. They took my money, got my order wrong,... got mad when I asked to order guacamole. They also got upset that I dared to ask for a refund when they gave me rice instead offries. Then they didn?t give me the refund, and so I never came back. Don?t ever come here is terrible?s food. Really good tasting food. I went inside to place my order to go as the drive-through was super busy. I have to say that I did... get my food in a timely manner. The order was also correct. I met a couple there that said this was one of the cleanestrestaurants in the area. It seemed to be old but clean. Person at the counter must have been new as he did not know the answerto any of the questions I asked him. I had to ask him to go ask someone for the answers to the questions that I had. He wentback and asked and then he came back out and said that he didn't know the answers. I went there around 6:00 p.m. on a Thursdaynight. I will go back because the food was good. Read more
