Spicy crispy BEEF should be called Spicy SOGGY BEEF. The food was definitely not made on the spot it was just tossed back on the... pan after being stored away for who knows how long. I ordered 3 things 2 entrees and a soup for a whopping $50 + PANDA EXPRESSIS WAY BETTER AND CHEAPER, and their food is made FRESHHHH. Not like this place. I WAS VERRY DISSATISFIED with my food. In town visiting and was craving Chinese food. This place was absolutely perfect! I am VERY picky when it comes to Chinese and... everything we had was so good. We had the house pan fried noodle and honey walnut shrimp. Our waitress was a sweetheart andservice was quick. Will definitely make a stop here everytime we're in Reno! Read more
Do not go here. We took my mom for her birthday and the food was nasty and the place was dirty, even the menus were sticky. I... had the chicken and veggies the chicken was gummy and no flavor. My mom had the Cashew chicken and hardly any chicken. Myhusband had the general and said it tasted weird. All of us were nauseous afterwards. We will not be back. Read more
Fabulous Chinese cuisine! I had the Spicy salt and pepper chicken, and hubby had General's Chicken. We shared a side of fried... rice. All of the main entrees were delicious with just the right amount of spice! We also got some pot stickers and friedwontons for starters, which were very good. The service was excellent! Perfect experience! The egg rolls and wor won ton soup are great. The generals chicken was very good though I typicially like... mine with more spice and the sesame beef was crispy and tender. My ONLY negative is that its a little on the expensive side,even for chinese food. Our server was also great! She was welcoming, chatty and nice. Read more
I was gonna take pictures but when it came it looked so delicious I began eating!! You have got to try the walnut shrimp. And... also try the lemon scallops they're lightly breaded with the lemon sauce over the top oh my goodness so delicious! Read more
We had their lunch specials, sweet & sour chicken and Mongolian beef. Soooo good! Delicious flavors, good portion size, and a... very reasonable price. Service was awesome, they were friendly and very quick. Fortune Palace is now our go-to Chinese spot inSparks! Read more
This is mine and my wife?s go to Chinese restaurant in our area. We can?t recommend them enough. The staff are so attentive and... friendly. There is one staff member in particular who never fails to make our day (Tan). She gives us such personal care, timeand attention towards us, we look forward to seeing her every time we go in! The food is always fresh, delicious and goodquantity. Favourite items include: minced chicken corn soup, chicken fried rice, chowmein and their chilli sauce. Perfect spotfor a date night! Read more
