they have this cup on the side of the machine that they reuse over and over to stir everyones drinks and who knows how long its... been sitting there in milky murky water? they should be washing the spoons every time. but they leave them sitting in milkwater thats probably murky and gross. the drink tasted bad too. Very gross and unsanitary. They have this cup on the side of their machine that holds two different spoons they use for stirring... their drinks before they hand them out, instead of washing their spoons every time they let it just sit in that murky milkywater and who knows how long its been there. very disgusting and ill never drink here again. DO NOT go here, I thought it may have been something I ate the first time it happened, but having others with me with the same... symptoms. It became clear its THEIR fault. I got symptoms of food poisoning and had to leave work because of the chills andfevers I had, and look who else joins. The same coworkers who I bought the coffee for. Pretty sure they used spoiled oatmilk.That was the one ingredient that was the same in all of our different drinks. If the drink is thick or too creamy. ITS BAD. Goreturn it and get your money back. Last time i will go to this Dunkin. Been going there since last year hoping it'll change but nope, still the same. Too long of a... wait for 2 iced coffees via Drive Thru and most times, we've ordered ahead on their app but still have to wait 15 minutes ormore to get our drinks. Most of the times, there's only a car in front of us (and no car behind) but still have to wait thatlong to get our order and mind you, there's only a couple of customers inside most of those times..sometimes none). It's badenough we have to wait that long but when we get our drinks, it's not even made right. It just tastes like flavored water. It'sa waste of money and waste of our time to go back in and get it done right because they still don't get it done the way itshould be like in the Midwest/East Coast. And they don't have the $2 any size iced coffee deal from 2-6pm like they do in IL.We've been paying $4.64 for each large iced coffee we've ordered since we've moved here. Read more
Usually this place is pretty decent. Something has been off recently with their ice portions though. I guess I paid almost $6 in... drive thru for flavored ice. Really bummed my large drink had ice almost all the way up to the brim. Read more
I do not recommend this dunkin and personally will not be going back. If you do go here go inside and watch them make your food!... I went yesterday for a coffee and boston kreme donut and was told they were out of boston kreme. That?s fine but my coffee wasawful. I went back and went inside this time. I politely asked if they could remake it because it wasn?t right. The girl workinggot immediately confrontational. She was so mad I genuinely thought she was ready to get physical. She fixed it even though shewasn?t happy about something but I noticed they had an ENTIRE TRAY of boston kreme donuts. She just didn?t want to do her job.Dunkin?
