One of the worst chipotle?s I have ever been too. Poorly managed, always out of food items. Last time I was there august 1st 6... employees in back and one person on line???? Why when I asked the manger said that they were prepping. As a restaurant ownerthis would never be accepted in my environment. Prepping????? 6 people???? When I employee is working not only cash but makingthe food bowls and Burritos, what kind of poor, loser management doesn?t help when there is a line near door. If you have 20-30 minutes to wait in line then this is the chipotle for you. There were eight employees walking around and only... one person that was still in ?training? that was fulfilling orders with a line of about ten people. She was doing her best tokeep up but when she would ask for food items to refill the empty bins she would be told where they were and would have to takethat extra time away from fulfilling peoples orders. The service and quality is absolutely terrible. This location currently only accepts mobile ordering and when you walk in, there... are 3 people hustling at the pick up order station while everyone else is lounging in the back! No one is friendly at thislocation and most of them don?t seem to have a clue what they?re even doing. Not only did they get my order partially wrong andlate ? the steak was absolutely horrendous!!!! Stay away from this restaurant. The last few times we have had the smallest portions I?ve ever seen come out of a chipotle. This... last time is a new record, one bowl had double Barbacoa and the other chorizo. The chorizo was barely visible in the bowl. Andthe double order could barely be called a standard serving. Upon arrival, I went to the mobile order pick up area and was helped instantly by Chyna? I don?t know how to spell her name, I?m... sorry. But even though she had a couple orders ahead of mine, she let me know that it would be out shortly, which I understoodbecause I arrived five minutes earlier than my pick up time. Regardless, she made my order pretty quickly and was superprofessional about it, providing great customer service and awesome attitude. As I was eating my salad, I noticed that this wasone of the best salads I?ve ever had at a Chipotle restaurant. So, huge shout out to Chyna and her exceptional service andmastering on how to make a perfect salad. Read more
