Gross! I dk why I had to pick a protein when I ordered chicken which came with FATTY beef. Fried rice awful. Portions SMALL.
Almost $70 last night for 1 order of potstickers, 1 order of fried rice, 1 order of chicken chow mein and 1 order of garlic... shrimp. ALL of the food was gross. Chicken was very weird. Ended up tossing it all. Very disappointed. Read more
omg i have never had a worse experience in my life it smelt so weird and like sweet but in a weird way the boba was not good it... was hard with barely any in it and there is grease dripping out of the side of the post that they cook in which is so disgustingbecause that’s what there customers eat out of.we walked out of there and smelt like the nasty restaurant. it doesn’t evendeserve to be called a restaurant and one of the tables had junk all over it. if i could give it a 0 star review i definitelywould Read more
Absolutely horrendous. Came in for some boba tea. Soon as we walked in, we were tempted to turn around and leave. It was like... someone's living room. One of the workers had her kids there. They had the center table and a booth taken over and cartoons on aTV. Place was a total mess. Mango boba was chalky and tasteless. So grateful we didn't get any food! Read more
I’ve eaten here before with my family and it was the worst experience ever. They refused to even make it right and told me it... didn’t matter if I left a bad review. Others say the staff is friendly at least, but that wasn’t my experience. My jobdecided to order the staff lunch today and once again the food was flavorless, luke warm, and just overall unpleasant. If negative stars were possible this place deserves it. It took 45 minutes for our order and the sweet and sour chicken was over... cooked to the point it was beyond edible. I called hoping for a resolution and was told they would not do anything. They evensaid it is because we didn’t use the sauce. Really? My 7 and 8 year old didn’t use the sweet and sour sauce? I offered tobring the leftovers to prove we weren’t making it up and was told there was nothing they could do. This is by far one of theworst experiences my family has had in both food quality and customer service. Don’t support this place they don’t careabout you. Ordered to go and placed a delivery order through Grub hub 11/16/21 to be delivered by 7:30pm and arrived at our door an hour... late! Our food was over spiced and mediocre! We weren't asked if we could order stars for the level of spice. I personally wasso disappointed with their take on General's chicken. It tasted like chilli garlic paste over sweet and sour sauce. We receivedsome kind of celery and I think chicken and I'm assuming that was our broccoli with beef or someone else's order got mixed upwith ours. We won't be ordering from there again and we're disappointed with Grub hub. Too long of a wait for food and ease upon the spices. We ended up throwing the food out because it was too spicy for our children! Read more
