Their food used to be GREAT. I'm not sure what happened there lately, but the wife's chow mein had sparse vegetables and... SPAGHETTI NOODLES. My egg fu yung had frozen peas and carrots. They used to make it loaded with veggies and meat. The sauceswere thin and weak as well. Very poor quality. Time to find another good Chinese food place. Great lunch specials, fast, friendly and reasonable.
A taste of home! Perfect New York style shrimp with lobster sauce ???? chicken and garlic sauce and pork fried rice! We started... with chicken wings which no other place in Reno/Sparks ever gets right. There's just a specific way it's done back home that wehaven't seen done at other restaurants. We'll be regulars at China King from now on, (sorry ****fish, we found our new home andwon't be back for a while) ????. Read more

This is my FAVORITE place to go to for chinese food. I usually order beef chow mein with light veggies and when I tell you they... are #1, I MEAN IT! My mom and I would always come here when I lived in Sparks. I will always take up the opportunity to eat herewhen I?m craving chinese cuisine and happen to be in Sparks. Their chow mein is the best in all of Sparks/Reno and you don?teven need extra soy sauce because their seasoning/flavoring is immaculate. The family is from NYC so they know what?s up when itcomes to cooking good food! God bless this family and their restaurant. They deserve it.
