If I could I would give them no stars...I am a delivery driver for door dash and accepted an order once i arrived to the... restaurant or was about 9:10 pm, the lobby doors were already locked (but since it was after 9pm it really wasn't that big of ashocker) so I get back in my car and head to the drive through and i day there for about 5ish minutes and no one evenacknowledged that I was there... so I try to call the store but no one answers so I pull up to the pick up window...I see ayoung man sitting on the counter so I knock on the window...I give a little honk...I even tried shining a flashlight to get hisattention...absolutely nothing worked he was still zoned out on his phone... horrible customer service or should I say lackthere of... Horrible quality food, ordered two breakfast burritos. Steak was wet and disgusting. Opened two packets of the same hot sauce... and they were both different colors. I would not recommend eating at this location at all. Horrible and disgusting. Wish I couldgive 0 stars Read more
This is one of the worst experiences I have had at this Carl's Jr. The person taking my order had a bad attitude to start with.... Had to repeat the order multiple times because they were to busy talking with one of the other workers. Pulled up to thewindow and paid. No one else was in the drive through but the person had us pull around to the front. Waited for 15 minutesand no one came out. Had to go in and was told that they didn't see us. The food was cold. Miriam had the biggest attitude the drive thru. Asked for light ice and watched her take the cup and put it in the ice bin and... fill out fill. When I pointed out I requested and you rung up light ice she got an attitude. Then remade the drink and onlyfilled it 2/3 with drink. She then told us to pull around to the front of the building. Mind you it?sa gas station so I wentstone the building and parked at the entrance with the Carl?s jr sign. Waited 20 minutes for our food and that was after myhusband went inside and got it. It has been sitting there for 15 minutes. She got an attitude with him when he told her we?vebeen parked at the entrance with the design and she said she came out there and didn?tsee is. She never came out that entrance.If you?re gonna have people pull atoms to the front of the building and you don?t tell them which of the 4 doors (this is a gasstation) then you walk the whole length of the entrance and do your job. The line is usually never super long and they have a 7-11 next door so fire burgers and a cold slurpee is the best
When a burger, 5 piece chicken tenders and a large fry cost over $20, you ought to expect greatness. The burger was okay as were... the tenders, but the "large" fries were anything but, served in a flattened box that wasn't even 1/3 full of COLD fries- theremight have been 13 or 14 fries in there. If you have the nerve to charge so much you had better be sure you are giving folkswhat they are paying you for. Avoid this place, and shame on you Carl's Jr. Not worth the exorbitant cost at all. Ordered a western burger and a chicken sandwich. Nothing made properly or warm. Everything was FREEZING cold. Fries weren't... cooked fully and weren't full. For $30 they could have at least put it in the freaking microwave ???? Read more
