It says they open at 9am Mon-Fri, I went on a friday at 9:07 and they are still closed. I called them and asked "Are you going... to be open?" and the lady on the phone said they open at 10am. Their schedule/time is posted in their door and it says that theyare supposed to be open at 9am. To whoever owns this place you might want to check on this! Read more

Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up the doors were locked and lights off. It was 7:20 PM and they're supposed... to be closed at 8:00 PM. When ordering online I set my pickup time for 7:30. There was a person inside mopping and ignoring the5 people at the door. I called the number listed online for this place. The employee inside looked at the phone and then at meon my phone and turned off some more lights. I called another Capriottis location to ask them if this happens often and if theyknow what I can do. They told me that this particular Capriottis often closes the doors early and ignores people. They let meknow that I should call them in the morning and try to get a refund. If you're going to close your location early could you turnoff online ordering so I'm not out 50 dollars when trying to feed myself and my child? Lol. Weirdos. Ordered 3 large sandwiches and when I got there they had a $60 bill. So needless to say i wasn't happy. Im a small business... owner so I didn't have time to re submit the order i had to pay and move on. I gotta say I think the reason for the mix up wasthe lack of communication with the person I ordered from, lack of communication skills. Read more

Never go in at the end of the day. If you get your order in less than 15 minutes, it will probably suck. We love this place. ... But we went in too close to closing and everything was pretty sloppy. Their in store menu has no ingredients so you have no clue what you're ordering. Then the sandwich they gave me looked really... gross like they just threw it together without caring. We were the only two people in the store so it's not like they were in arush or anything. Very disappointing. Will not order from them anymore. Read more
