Found a $3 charge for a glass of water on my receipt (that I had to pour myself from the fountain), no thanks =( Don't see a... way to reply in line, I think we were there Friday night ~7pm (October 14, '22). Also got a kids chicken strips, a chickensandwich, order of fries, and 2 cookies. Told her twice it was for water, saw it on the receipt as soda. Asked the staff memberwith curly blue hair "do you guys seriously charge $3 for water I have to pour myself" and she replied rather rudely "yeah,well...we're all suffering from inflation". On 8/12/22 ordered a hamburger meal with regular fries and a regular soda!And a order of chili cheese fries! When we got are... order we did not get a regular fries! When we asked about are regular fries! The girl said they used my chili fries for thecombo meal !! But that is not how I ordered ???? And the hamburger bun was old ! Not a very good hamburger! ***UPDATE**** Thank you to the owner for reaching out, we don't need any sort of compensation. My kids love your restaurant and... we will continue to come to your establishment. My wife and I own a business ourselves and know how frustrating it can be. Thank you for your time, and we will see you soon! We ordered with only 1 other family inside the restaurant. There were 4employees standing around talking for 40 minutes. I went up to check on our food and they hadn't even started our order. I amusually pretty understanding, but this was pretty bad. First time here. Sizl Burger has a great burger with their house sauce but a bunch more available, get it. Fries are a bit... larger and have ridges and taste great. We will definitely be coming back. A great place to get a bite before a movie. Read more

For a $10 chicken sandwich, I would hope that it would at the very least not be loaded with rotting lettuce. How hard it is to... have fresh vegetables, lettuce has to sit in a fridge for like 10 days to get to this point. Shame on this business. Read more

Came by SIZL Burger with the family and I must say, the food is spectacular! I enjoyed every bit of it, the place has a great... vibe and what tops it off is the customer service they provide!! Excellent! I went ahead and ordered the Cowboy Burger with aside of their Garlic Fries. Let me tell you, one of the best burgers I have had and the BEST garlic fries I have ever eaten!!Delicious, tasty, cooked and made to perfection! Love the garlic fries!! Food was great between us we had 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich and all was great. I do want to call out the gentleman that... came outside when my wife and kid where inside ordering as I was sitting on the outside tables with our 2 dogs and asked if theyneeded water and provided us a bowl with water. We don?t go places without our pups and we really appreciate it when restaurantstake great care of us and them. Also when leaving one of the ladies asked us again if we needed more water for the dogs. Burgers are burgers right? Well, that might be true if you are talking about fast food but this isn't your typical burger in a... box kind of experience. The first BurgerIM I visited was in Pleasanton, CA and it was a joy to the taste buds. So when we werevisiting Sparks, I saw there was another location and my family had not tried it yet. So we walk over along with our fur baby, to give this location a try. First thing, this is during COVID-19 caution and while there was social distanced indoor seatingavailable we were unable to take advantage of this because of our dog. However there was some outdoor seating just outside ofthe front entrance. The staff were friendly and helped my wife understand the ordering options, and there were plenty includinga meatless option. We opted for the Angus, Dry-Aged, and Crispy Chicken plus a side of their fries (which you have to give it atry). While these burgers are fully loaded sliders, two was plenty and three should satisfy even the largest of appetites. Whenasked if there was anything else we would like, I commented it would be great if they had a pet-appropriate option. Our ordertaker said that would be cool, if they did. (more on this later) The 6 burgers came out fresh in about 8 minutes or less. Theylooked very much like the photos and you could taste the quality of the ingredients unlike the fast food versions where youreyes tell you its a burger but your taste buds don't lie. Really, the house sauce and BBQ really help to enhance the flavorsrather than mask them. The beef is quality and it tastes, well...like beef. The chicken breading was slightly spicy/salty than Iremembered. So know this going in. The fries are round cut and most a puffy in the center, just like how I made them athome.
