This Burger King location is much improved! Have been to the drive-thru a few times this year, since school started - when we... are running late and haven't fed the kids breakfast :/ Wade, the new am manager is super professional, have never waited morethan about 30-45 seconds to be acknowledged at the drive-thru speaker. 9pm thursday night, have been sitting in drive through for 20 minutes with no answer. Finally "Victor" says over the intercom... that he has to take his break and can't take our order and if we don't like that, then we could come in and do his job. THEN, tells my wife that she should do something better with her life rather than sit in drive through. Read more
I ordered some food on their app, I show up at 7pm to pick up my food and low and behold they are closed even though the sign... says 11pm as does the website. Now I have to wait to get my money back because they can?t use proper signage I would not haveordered had I known it was closed. After reading other reviews this seems pretty common. Who ever owns this location doesn?tcare about their customers. Maybe the ship is sinking who knows?. Read more
I went at 10:20pm and they were supposed to be open until 11:00pm. The menu was turned off but there was staff just sitting at... the table. The work ethics there are horrible. Went across the street to McDonalds, they were very busy but at least they stayedopen when they were supposed to. Kudos to the McDonald?s staff across the street. Read more
DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO HOURS THEY ARE ALLWAYS CLOSED, LOWEST RATED PLACE TO EAT IN ALL OF SPANISH SPRINGS... if you happen to... go to this location on the 2 hours it open a week you will wait in the line for that hour until they close. I haven't been at this establishment in many many months, but decided to stop by for some breakfast real quick.The small hash... brown only had four hash browns in it. The hash browns were cold. On the croissants they were stale and cold. The sausage eggwas cold. The cheese was turning a different color. That tells me that the sandwiches have been sitting out or that the store isnot following the times of expiring that Burger King has required them to follow. I actually had to end up throwing it away,because it was inedible. I will not be going back to that particular Burger King again. As a person in the food serviceindustry, that shows me that the quality of food is not a priority in that establishment. To top it off it was the manager thatwas helping me through the drive-thru, so that means that she doesn't care about the quality of food either that she's servingto her guest and customers. This is the WORST Burger King, probably the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to! They always have some type of... problem at this location and can never get things right. They take forever to get orders. Last time I went I waited 40 minutesin the drive through and there were only 2 cars ahead of me when I pulled in. Not only are the employees not properly trainedand lack customer service skills, the just do not care about even pretending to do a decent job. Worst of all, Burger Kingcorporate doesn?t seem to care either. I called them to let them know how poorly this location is run and pretty much got an ?ohwell?. I will never be back. Read more
