Everyone here is working incredibly hard and was so helpful. They are severely understaffed and I am sure that's really rough on... everyone there. The hostess was great, the server was hilarious and despite rushing around did his best to be attentive, foodwas solid and nothing was wrong. The people here deserve a raise for sure. Read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I used to love bww, bit after this visit, I'll never go back. Walked in, no one at the counter to... order. Waited awhile for someone to finally acknowledge us. (keep in mind I haven't been in this store in like 10 years so I wasexcited to go back) we get our order in and wait the 20, 25 minutes for it. We get home and there was so much wrong. The frieswere cooked twice. Like they reheated them in the fryer to serve because they sat out too long. One order of wings was not fullycooked and kind of cold. One was a dry rub that you could clearly see(pics posted) that were white in spots from either beingover cooked or frezer burned.. which they tasted stale so I'm gonna guess both. One of the order of boneless wings we got hadsauce just kind of tossed in the box with them.. also in the pictures... Just really bummed because we love wings plus I hadn'tbeen to bww in years and loved buffalo wild wings until today. Great service staff!! Kyla and Gabby took care of us tonight. Kyla worked to ensure that the games we wanted to see were on... screen for us.(We were from out of state and wanted to watch the Auburn and Nebraska games).
