I ordered through Door Dash tonight but apparently there's a glitch and I had to pick up this order. I have a sick husband and... and 3 year old whom obviously cant be left alone hence why I door dashed ice cream. I had promised my little some ice cream so Ijust went to pick it up. When I got there no order was found but I was charged. This situation was handled so poorly. For 1.this employee didn't want me to speak to a manager so she posed herself as one and demanded I only spoke to her. For #2 theamount of attitude and NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE she shouldn't work in the customer service industry. THIS CHILD WHO THOUGHT WASGROWN ENOUGH TO SPEAK TO ME IN THE MOST DISGUSTING WAY, needs to be reprimanded. I'm a regular at this Baskin Robbins store. Ijust wanted the ice cream for my daughter and didn't have my card because I thought this order was paid for. Regardless of whathappened employees need to maintain a professional manner and courtesy. THE ICE CREAM TASTE IS DELICIOUS. BUT I GIVE THEM A STAR TO THE PRESENTATION. I ordered two split bananas and prepared them too... simple very small amounts of snow and in an unsafe container. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU ORDER A BANANA SPLIT TO TAKE AWAY. (BETTEREAT IT IN THE SAME PLACE. ) YOU DON?T GET ANYTHING MELTING VERY SOON. AND THE CONTAINER CAN?T HOLD YOU. IT BREAKS VERY EASILY.
