McCarren and Prater location had two very slow paced workers, and waited until my family stood in line outside for 20 minutes... before stating they were out of bread and would get to making more when they got to it. Three other couples and my family walkedout. But in our quest for subway the kids wanted we drove to the north pyramid hwy location, made an online order, got calledwithin a minute to be informed of a shortage of a certain bread, corrected quickly. This is the most dishonest place in sparks. The so-called 2 footloose for 10.00 is a ruse. I bought 4 the other day. They... charged me 45.oo. when I complained, the girl told me I was wrong. If I did not have workers at the house, I would havewalked out. Also I wanted 4 Philly cheese steaks sandwiches. When I got home found meat cold, the cheese was a slice of cheesestuffed in meat not melted or warm. Very very poor. I called store the call goes to voice mail. I called 4 times that day. Never got call back. Tried calling customer service corporate, just computer talks to you. Left numerous complaints, got toldthey dont have live person for customer service. Very very poor customer service. Been over 30 days and still NO call backor email response. Never will enter a subway again. Tell my kids and family and workers not to eat there. Read more
We ordered cookies with our sandwiches but got home before realizing the cookies weren't in either bag. Tried calling both the... number on the receipt and the number posted here. Neither one worked.
