I am so disappointed in Papa Murphy?s here near my home on Pyramid! I ordered a Hog Heaven pizza tonight with extra ham & extra... cheese and we didn?t get either. The pizza was dry and blah! The kids there are stealing from the register. Was charged $38 for three mediums. Was told over the phone discount was to be... applied. I heard the young girl ask her manager if she could discount the order, after i explained i was told over the phone.she was told only on one of the pizzas. Full price for the others. They keep the extra money that was paid in full, but on theregister they input in discounted prices. Probably only $7.99 per pizza. Read more

It was an impromptu decision to grab pizza but we enjoyed it very much! Service was good and they were busy.

Sorry you guys need an adult on the property to check the orders, it's not fair to the unexperience young people, absolutely... nowhere in Spanish spings for pizza, we stopped ordering from the pizza factory because if I have to reheat the food everysingle order I might as well get take and bake wrong and we tried bully's it was raw in the center, so no longer ordering fromany of you guys Read more

Service could if been better but, the young lady for being by herself worked fast and made the pizza look wonderful.

So we ordered online, 4 items in total. The email said it would be ready by 5:04pm so at 5:15pm my son went into the store to... pick it up. I seen him go up and ask and then sit down. SEVERAL people came in after us, and got their orders and left. Finallyat 5:39 our order was done, and then set up on the counter while they called out 2 more names. Then at 5:41 they called for myson. I seen their signs around asking to be nice to staff, but there were 7 people working tonight. Including what looked to bea manager. I dont know what the hold ups were, but they seemed really unorganized. We have come here several times, and there isalways an issue with something at this store. Great staff.. Good pizza..decent prices!! They also sell just the crust so you can make your own pizzas..which we Love to do... with the kids. Very popular with the locals because of the friendly and attentive staff..and of course the tasty pizza ????. Read more

Ridiculously unorganized. Its a shame this location has no standards. Other locations are extremely fast with great customer... service. This location falls into the same category as the other fast food restaurants in Spanish Springs -embarrassing. Updated 11/4/2020 Ron the manager does his best to keep his customers. A professional follow up phone call aboutthe disarray was impressive. Just a little patience with ordering here is one thing to keep in mind. Still the best deal forfresh pizza! Read more
