Got there at 11:15 few other cars in line. They didn?t respond and when we knocked on the door they said not tonight we are... closed? it?s a Saturday night and there open till midnight and it says drive through open till 2:00am so plz tell me why? Wasn?tlike it was 11:59 or something so they just decided to not want to make any more orders. Your manager sucks. Horrible customer service skills. He was serving people who came in 20 min after me. Then has an attitude... when I confront him about it. Horrible. Taking my money to Burger King. Everytime I've come here it's been so disappointing.Hire a better manager and your service times will improve not these 30-40 min wait times Read more

Last time I was here it took almost 30 minutes to get my food. There was nobody else there, but I saw multiple workers going in... and out. They clearly forgot about me at curbside pickup, because they brought my food out right after I managed to flag someonedown. This is about as big of a failure as I could imagine at McDonald's. Food is overpriced compared to other McDonald?s in reno. These are the highest McDonald?s prices I've seen. Its like they forgot... they?re fast food. Read more
