I used to love PJs but I have noticed lately the service has gone a bit downhill. They seem a bit stressed out or in a rush the... past few times I have gone and today I ordered a mocha velvet ice and was given a caramel. She did replace it but thereplacement had no chocolate drizzle and when I got it home I noticed they had poured the caramel one into a new cup and gave itback to me. I understand that mistakes happen but that seemed intentional. I would have waited for a new one or even pulledaround or gone inside so I wouldn't hold up the drive thru. Read more

I just tried PJ's coffee for the first time. I have to say I was quite impressed with the cappuccino. It was perfectly made.... Friendly service as well. Can't wait to try something else next time. I'm pretty sure Starbucks lost me as a customer. Read more
Great place! Stopped by on our way through and enjoyed some great conversation with the baristas and the food was hot and... delicious. Drinks were great too! Definitely recommend ???? Read more
Ordered something that was recommended as not sweet by the barista but it was like drinking syrup. Apparently the staff were in... a rush to close, started mopping and slamming into tables hours before they were supposed to close. Blocked off all the trashcans, and then stood at the front staring at us until we left. Least welcoming coffee shop I have ever been in. Choose adifferent place. Read more
Third visit. Third time something didn?t get done right and had to be remade. This time the employees were kind about it and... attentive. They also apologized for the mistake which is why I am being less critical. Compared to our first visit that caused aone star review, things have improved. Still less focus and attention on inside customers. And kind of a dazed just get on withit look when you place your order? All in all they are improving and the employees are more personable. I had the coffee crumb cake, which was really good. I wasn't all that impressed with the coffee. I've had better from our local... coffee shops. Cute shop, staff isn't very friendly, they seemed "put off" by customers. Read more
