Love Freddie?s! Been going there for years in Wichita Kansas! Was thrilled to see one in the gulf coast in Pensacola Florida !... Steak burgers cooked they way like, shoestring fries and Freddie?s fry sauce and the best frozen custard! By the cone, the pint,or quart. Very clean old fashion atmosphere, plenty of seating in doors and a few outdoor as well. Ample parking and wheelchairaccessible. Friendly customer service. Drive thru is available and it?s easy to see from the street. If you live an oldfashioned burger, chili dogs, or turtle sundaes, I recommend going to Freddie?s ! The food was okay. The service was eh. We ordered hot dogs and a patty melt which were good and came out on time. But when we... went back and ordered a milkshake, they let it sit on the counter for like 15-20 minutes. We kept wondering why they hadn'tcalled our order, and when we went to check on it, it has been sitting out. I understand that they were busy trying to fix theice cream machine. Most of the time the employees I've encountered are inviting. The food has been good most of the time. There has been a few... downfalls. The restaurant is not that old but always seems dirty. Like the floors in the entire place are covered with a greasyfilm & then were quickly mopped over with a dirty mopped. The only 2 times I've ever went through their drive-thru I pulledright up & ordered, but had to wait 20+ minutes to receive my order. Read more

12/16/21 - Came in today and ate lunch. Morgan greeted me and was super awesome. She had me laughing and explained a few other... things on the menu I didn't know Had the #2 w/chili chz fries. Also ordered A regular turtle. (If you don't know what that is,get 1) Had a great visit! Thanks. My first time here, they just opened. WOW. AMAZING TASTE, love the atmosphere . The Customer Service IS AWESOME!!! The environment is very Jubilant. It is clean. The food is goooood!!! I would warn you... that if you have high blood pressure, request that your fries be made without salt because the fries are EXTREMELYSALTY!!! Overall the restaurant is Awesome.
