The food here is great, the issue is just getting what you ordered. I don?t know why they have had such a bad string of luck... with the people who work here, but it is almost impressive how consistent they are at messing up orders. Every time I have comein in the last year, with the exception of one really fantastic girl working the counter, I have had my order wrong to somedegree. If you are going to order here, make sure you check your order before you leave, and beware if you leave your order overthe phone to skip the longer wait for food (about 20 minutes or so, even for small orders) Read more
When this place first opened the fried rice was amazing, now I get my order and it seems to be white rice with veggies and some... egg thrown in, no frying. I?m not sure if it?s faster that way but I am willing to wait for some quality fried rice again. Otherthan that happy with the service and the food is great. Read more
Food is pretty good overall. Sometimes there is an off day, but almost always it?s great. Customer service is lacking. I know... it?s teenagers often but they are usually texting or talking on their cell phone while I?m trying to order. Common sense, guys! Read more
Witnessed multiple Health Code violations when ordering from this location today. The girl at register had a lollipop in her... mouth while talking to customers, taking personal calls, and handling customers? food. We watched her take it out of her mouth,set it on counters where food was, and throw her stick on the ground when she was done. She also was eating food while preparingsauce cups, chewing her nails and SPITTING them out on the ground. She never washed her hands and was extremely rude tocustomers. The food is always good when we come here. But the experience is awful. I didn?t get the name of the girl with black roots and... red hair at the bottom because I didn?t ?want to inconvenience her anymore.? But she?s is extremely rude and unprofessional.Stood there waiting to order while she was at the counter ignoring us for a good 3 minutes. Then ordered and was extremely rudeto us, never gave us our drinks and acted put out that we actually asked to receive what we paid for. Practically threw our foodat my husbands face and that was it. She?s rude and makes fun of your customers. When someone says or asks something she gives asnotty remark and then throws her hands up and makes faces at you when she?s thinks you?ve walked away. I saw it directly happento us and once she say me looking in her direction watching her be a brat, she ducked around the corner, this happened toanother customer looking for the restroom not even two minutes after the first incident. I get jobs are stressful and especiallyfast food because I?ve worked it. But it gives you no justification to be rude to customers who contribute to your paycheck. Iwould really step back and teach your employees what is tolerated and how to treat customers. Because from what we experiencedyour losing customers-not because of the food. It took an hour to have my food delivered just across the freeway. Then, cherry on top, half my order was missing. Say nothing... of the request for no ice in the soda that was also ignored. I'd love to say it at least tasted good, but that remains unknown.By the time my order was delivered it was 10 minutes to closing and... You guessed it, no answer. The Katsu chicken looked likeit was good, nothing like homemade. The rangoons were crispy. I guess we'll find out about the rest later. Read more
