Honest reviews: ok I’ll start with the sandwiches because that’s why you come. 5 stars all the way on my sandwich. Chicken... was crispy and juicy and tender. It was delicious. Now the fries. They are apparently hit or miss because my fries were theabsolute worst fries I’ve ever had. Burned and crispy to the point they were like triple fried and then left out on thecounter over night to dry out. Very terrible. 1 star if that. But then my friends were more or less normal fries so I guessit’s hit or miss on that. Then there is the price. $20 for a meal. Everything is a la carté so it gets pricey fast. That Iwould rate 3 stars. Finally it’s Pepsi not coke so for me that’s a bonus and the custard shakes looked incredible Altho Ididn’t have one so I’ll give that 5 stars as well which puts us at 3.5 stars overall and I’m feeling generous so I’mrounding up here to 4 stars overall. Good ice cream, but they can't call it custard. Way too grainy. Custard is supposed to be smooth. The loaded fries were a joke... (see pic), but the fries themselves were good. The chicken was fresh and good flavor, but the breading wasn't great. It seemed abit burnt. Pretty pricey for what you get too. We got 2 five piece, 2 lg fries, one loaded, a fountain drink and a custard for$46 before tip. I'd have been much happier with Caines and half the cost. Read more
The chicken was good. They have a lot of sauce options. Not a big fan of the fries but overall it was a good meal.
Really good and crispy chicken with a variety of sauces to choose from. Their chicken sandwiches are big and super tasty. I... think they do a great job. The only thing I struggle with is their grab and go custard, because it's frozen so much that youcan't really dig in and enjoy it as custard. It's more like over frozen ice cream. That being said I very much enjoy the custardserved inhouse that hasn't been chilling in the freezer for days on end. Also, sweet potato fries are the way to go, always. Read more

Their fries are super good. Get the Cajun seasoning. The chicken wasn’t anything too special. I love their sauces though!
Super yummy. We went at 11:45 and no wait. We were shocked by the huge portions of fries. The rosemary fries were so good. Might... bey new favorite fries. Tons of sauce options like Korean BBQ, BBQ, and spicy sauces like buffalo. I got the normal friedchicken sandwich and tried all the sauces. Big sandwich with really good chicken. I don't try the custard because by the timewe were done eating the line had gotten pretty long. Definitely my new go to for chicken sandwich. Our friends for the grilledchicken and it looked super good and well seasoned. Huge seating area with friendly employees. I was genuinely impressed. Ohand I got a fried avocado. It was super yummy. It was pretty meh overall. Cashiers were friendly enough, and greeted us pretty quickly. $15 for four chicken strips and... fries. Chicken strips were pretty good, but not amazing. Sauces (Buffalo & Nashville Hot) weren't bad either. I got therosemary pepper fries. I got extra sauces for dipping, but the "Nashville hot" at the pump was distinctly different thanwhatever came on my chicken. Not sure what one was actually Nashville hot. The fries had potential, but had a lot of the smallburned pieces in. The pepper got a little old towards the end. All in all, it was adequate. Probably not worth the trip for $15chicken strips. I might come again if there was a BOGO deal or something. Read more
