I dropped in on Sunday night to order carry out for my family. I stood at the register for over 5 minutes before I was even... acknowledged. I ordered our food, 2 chicken sandwiches and 4 kids meals at $6 a pop. The employees were kind and courteous butstruggled with bagging the food. I was pretty bummed when I realized my $6 kids meals came with one small chicken finger,probably equivalent to 2 chicken nuggets. Everything came with WAY too much packaging. 5 apple slices in one large plasticcontainer. 1 small chicken finger in one large plastic container, ect. With the amount of bags I left with you?d think I wasbuying food for 15 people. Everything was cold by the time I got it home and I live less than 2 minutes away. The fries weresoggy. Terrible experience. Definitely feeling a bit swindled I spent a lot of money for what we received and my kids are stillhungry. The custard was good though. Read more
Delicious food with large portion sizes. A little pricy but worth the taste and menu options. I loved the spicy buffalo sauce... covered chicken tenders and fried pickles I got. My wife got the chicken sandwich and fries and those were good too.Unfortunately absolutely none of the employees believe in wearing masks anywhere in the restaurant or kitchen... Read more
The food is pretty good with decent sized portions, and the service is alright. The thing that is most concerning is the lack... of masks. Have we not been in a pandemic for over a year? I?ve worked in food and know food service works are still required towear masks at work while around food and customers. There were probably 12 employees there and not one mask in sight, not even amanager. Read more
Customer service is amazing and we barely waited for our food! The chicken is cooked to perfection and don?t even get me started... about their sauce bar from sweet to spicy! I no longer want fry sauce but crave their signature sauce for my fries!???? I alsolove the MASK FREE space where I can see all their beautiful smiles as they greet and serve you! PEANUT OIL! We were driving through and scoped this place out online. Had never heard of it before and were really excited to... get chicken sandwiches after a long day of driving. We placed the online order, paid, and showed up to get our food. There wasNO indication on their website or anything of there being peanut oil. Luckily we went inside to pick up the order and saw peanutoil, and that?s how we found out. Upon investigation we found out they fry everything in peanut oil. My boyfriend is allergic topeanuts, so luckily we saw the oil inside the store and found out because there was no other indication. You?d think they wouldput some sort of note on their website before they let you place an order and pay... They even have curbside pickup, so someonewho is allergic could do that and never have any indication that they use peanut oil. The employee?s response to us picking upour order, us obviously not knowing everything was fried in peanut oil until then and telling them my boyfriend was allergic:?oh, yeah sorry.? Based on Fast Food, this is a 5-Star place. We have been there a few times now, and they have been consistently excellent. I'd... dare say its the best, most affordable, fast food chicken joint. The chicken is tender, juicy, and LARGE. Especially comparedto most chicken places where the breading is more plentiful than the chicken. The Cordon Bleu sandwich is the best I've hadfrom fast food. The service was good, not great, but they are brand new and still training. The food is definitely worth thepatience on that end. Read more
We tried this on opening day and it was amazing!! The chicken was so flavorful, juicy and crispy! The pickles tasted homemade.... And the fries! First of all, there were so many!! I couldn't even finish all mine. But they were absolutely delicious!! We triedall of the sauces and they were all good. My favorites were the honey mustard, signature, and ranch. I can't wait to go back andtry their custard! Even though they had just opened, everyone was so nice. We were welcomed at the door and greeted with a smile(masked). 10/10 would recommend! Read more
Very good chicken. Have a fried and grilled option which is nice...fried is best. Large selection of sauces which are very good.... Fries portions are generous...shared large with 3 of us. Overall very good...but still waiting for Canes to open! Read more
