We stopped at the Spanish Fork, Utah location. The restaurant was incredibly dirty and the floors looked like they hadn't been... cleaned or mopped for days. They only had one soup choice available and none of the staff seemed to know what they were doing sothe one taking orders had to keep stopping to help them. Against our better judgement we still ordered. While we were waiting topay one of the employee picked some to go bags up off the floor and put them back in the bin and then tried to use them to putour to go order in and was not happy when I asked for a bag that hadn't been on the floor. The food itself was marginallydecent. Read more

O. M. G! We stopped for a quick lunch before getting on a long road trip. I was pleasantly surprised! The food was DEE-LISH! I... will definitely go back. If you like French Dip, try that, it was super yummy. The lobster bisque is another recommendation! Andthen there's the desserts.... Ugh, I think I just gained 5 lbs thinking about the food. ???? Definitely go there! Read more

First time to Utah, we stopped stop get a sandwich on our way down to Moab. It?s located in an outdoor mall area. You could... imagine my surprise when I walked into this adorable cafe. I had the chicken salad croissant which came with a side salad. Thedressing was so good that I checked to see the brand name. Of course it was their Kneaders brand. My husband had the club onsour dough. We chose the eclair for dessert. Read more

I use to love Kneaders but recently the quality of the food is going down. I had ordered a cafe sandwich today and I ate the... first half of the sandwich without a problem although there was only 1 tiny little tomato. But as soon as I bit into the secondhalf I bit straight into a rock. Yeah a ROCK! It chipped my tooth and I will no longer be going to the SF kneaders. Read more

I used to love Kneaders, but in recent years their food quality has gone down hill, portion size is smaller, yet prices keep... going up. $7 for a kid?s meal is outrageous. Especially when I pay less than that at a sit down restaurant. It all started goingdownhill when they changed their half/full size salad to just one size and a tiny dressing cup. It?s like they hired someone tocome in and show them how to cut costs, but they just ended up cutting quality too. I have tried to use their curbside pick upmultiple times and not once have they actually brought it out to me. I?ll get a text message saying thanks for picking up myorder and still have no food. I eventually go in and my order is just sitting on the counter. ETA: I have emailed Kneaders inthe past and received an apology, but nothing has changed. Read more

Good food, if overpriced. The problem is ordering online for pick up. I have ordered online at this location five times. All... five times, I was given an expected time for the food to be ready. All five times, regardless of if I showed up right when I wassupposed to or 20 minutes later, they did not start making my sandwich until AFTER I arrived and told them I was there. Ifnothing can be ordered ahead, that's fine. But why mislead me by letting me order ahead and showing a pickup time? On top ofthis, my order has been incorrect three of the five times I've gone here. Once they forgot an entire bowl of soup. They did giveme a refund, but for the wrong item on my receipt. Two other times they did not make a sandwich per the customization I hadordered. Employees also seem to not care less about making people wait or giving them the wrong food; not even a quick apologywas offered. I've given up trying to order here. If it were cheaper, the hassle might be worth it, but if I'm spending $10 on asandwich, I'd like better customer service. Read more

We love Kneaders! Good food and people. Excited, we ordered food and drinks. We waited for about 20 minutes and they were busy.... We understand the rush that they get so we waited patiently. After someone in our group was approached about the time theywaited, she gave them our name too. As this individual came back and had her order, we hoped we would receive ours and be on ourway. Another few minutes of being ignored by them my husband walked up to a blonde gentleman and asked for our order. I guessthe ticket was lost and that individual (they, them pronouns) looked back at us and rolled his eyes. I reference this individualas they and then pronouns since they had a black jaw lined beard and great looking mascara. They were wearing a pink shirt witha dark zip up hoodie. When we received our order, the sandwich looked like it was dumped in the bag and the hot chai was about2" inches below the rim. Overall, the food (even though messy) it was delicious. All staff was wonderful and caring except thisone individual. Read more
