Update 10/4/22: It's gotten a bit better and I've had less issues with incorrect orders. But the overall inconsistent quality... with slowly raising prices just doesn't make it worth it for me. I really wish it was better because nothing beats Joe's whenit's good. That, unfortunately, just only happens on the rare occasion. - I have such mixed feelings and it makes me sad. I'vealways loved this location, regardless of if it's been Buns and Brews, Daily Cup, or now Joe's. I LOVE Joe's coffee, but I'venow had several consecutive poor staffing experiences. I will come with my same two coffee orders and I am almost always askedto repeat them while the employee does not write them down. I will get to the window and receive the incorrect thing. I orderone regular and one with almond milk and generally they will either both have almond milk or both regular milk. 3 times I havesaid verbatim, "I would like a cream cheese bagel on a plain bagel." I specify because they default to an everything bagel whichI strongly dislike. Every time, I've received an everything bagel regardless of my specification. This issue could be veryeasily resolved if employees that have this recurring issue simply brought a notepad for the order. I would love to give theestablishment 5 stars because the atmosphere is wonderful, I can tell the management truly cares about their customer'sexperiences, and the coffee and food is delicious. We have been going to this location for well over a decade, but today was our last time because the mochas tasted like the... bottom of a burnt shoe! These things are way too expensive to not even be able to stomach one sip! Read more
Holy hell, this place has the BEST COLD BREW IN THE WESTERN UNITED STATES. They use a hawaiian hazelnut grind to make their... cold brew and it is stupid good. We stopped by when traveling through several weeks ago and then I forgot all about it when wewere in town yesterday... looked for coffee nearby and the place I picked on maps happened to be this place... I got so excitedwhen I saw the building knowing we were gonna get more of that delicious cold brew. It's close to all kinds of things, too- forus, it was the awesome dog park and a decent laundromat called the Wash Tub. Highly recommend all three. Read more
I would of loved to given more stars, but the wait we had was pretty long and one of the drinks was forgotten, then made super... quickly, and on the road we realized was the wrong drink. The food was amazing- we got bagel sandwiches which I would get againin a heartbeat.... The smoothies were pretty good, we got two. The peach tasted super fresh and fruity. The employees seemed topay more attention to having conversations with each other instead of getting the food out and ready and being mindful of thecustomers. This is the best and cleanest Mom and Pop coffee shop in Utah county. Not only do they have a huge variety of delicious coffees,... they also boast a variety of delicious sandwiches, and coffee compliments. This coffee shop has a drive-up window,indoor/outdoor seating, and fast service, as well as a comfortable environment, and friendly staff who are willing to take thetime to openly converse with their customers. I love Joe's it's such an amazing place and the coffee is always top notch. I actually usually always go to the one in Payson by... wanted to check out their new one and I have to say the new one looks really nice got a lot of room outside to sit. And thecashier was very nice and friendly it was clean and had some cool pictures. Also the price is very reasonable. Read more
I love Joe's so much!! My favorite place to get coffee. They are very dedicated to all things local and I love to support that.... The baristas have always been really good and overall fun people to be around. I wish Joe's was everywhere. I have to sufferwith big chain coffee when I travel.
