Ordered a subway club. Worker informed out of roast beef. Asked if we could double the ham then she informed us we would be... double charge. Charged for subway + charged for extra ham. Lacked customer service attitude and concerned with an on line orderscoming in. It was not our fault they were out of roast beef. Read more

Did not open in time, told us after opening that we?d have to wait, was rude and unapologetic for her laziness, tardiness, and... general nasty behavior. We walked out about 10% into the sandwich making process. Never again, do not go here!!! Read more

I did not get to purchase a sandwich. This is 5 stars for the two employees there handling a worst case scenario for anyone in... the food industry. Y'all were out of a lot of the supplies it takes to make a sandwich with. The customer service skills ofthose two employees having to navigate hungry upset customers, and more customers coming in, deserve a standing applause and araise. They handled them all with smiles and grace no matter how they were being spoken to. Some customers were very rude Imight add. Those two never flinched, frowned, or skipped a beat. Smiles and respect all the way. Awesome job y'all for holdingit together. I know how hard that is from my own customer service experiences. You will always be rock stars in my book. Read more

Waited for 10 minutes while the only guy working completed an online order. When I told him I wanted a 12 inch tuna on wheat he... said we don't have any Tuna left its 530pm, dinner time. I will not be revisiting this location, you should be prepared fordinner. Read more

Worst experience at subway I've ever had. My mistake for not reading the reviews before going to this location. Employees were... extremely sloppy in appearance and absolutely no care for customer service in making the sandwich and salad I had ordered. Itseems as it's management's failure for lack of training maybe. Extremely disappointing visit. Read more

This place is absolute trash. The employees look dirty and should be wearing hair nets. Subs weren?t even close to being the... correct size. Put my sub in with the customers ahead of me. Forgot to give us our cookies then acted like he was gonna give themto us and then said we owed $4 more for the cookies. Sub was out together all smashed together. After watching him out ittogether I completely lost my appetite. Read more

Ordered online to take advantage of BoGO50. Ordered with special instructions on one of the sandwiches. Guess what no Xtra... meat. Instructions were not followed and the discount was not applied. No explanation for the discrepancy. Our sandwicheswere hollow. My sandwich has never been hollow at Subway. I think instead of restocking we all shared the scraps that wereleft at the end of the day. This place is absolute trash. Unworthy to be called a subway. They are slower than a sit down restaurant. Seems like they only... have one lazy girl working that doesn?t know how to even put a sandwich together. All they do I load the sandwich up with saucethat just makes it soggy and gross. Wasted $25 on subs only to throw them away because they were absolutely disgusting. Read more
