Starbucks one of the last places you can find excellent customer service, I?m never disappointed!
This was my first bad experience at a Starbucks. I was disappointed with the drink which made me even more disappointed at the... price. So we will start at the bottom There was very little Carmel in the bottom and too much whip cream there was very littleCarmel and crunch on top! It did not have the Carmel taste it usual does. I just have to say, This Starbucks has the best customer experience I have ever had. I'm a nursing student running around with... my head cut off half the time, I forgot my wallet with my debit card. One the workers were kind enough to pay for my much neededcoffee instead of me going all the way home to grab my wallet and coming all the way back. Which I 100% would have done. Iwanted to cry because this was the nicest thing I've had someone do for me in a while. Thank you for being so kind andthoughtful. I will never forget this. Read more
Always very friendly and efficient service! Coffee is consistent but nothing over the top for me. Great place for a meeting or... to meet friends! Stools or tables and even some comfy couches to meet your needs! Free wifi works great too! Read more

I stopped going to this location. I have the simplest order, and they still can?t ever get it right. I always order Cold foam on... my beverage, and they never remember to do it knowing that it does cost extra. Read more
