This has got to be the worst fast food experience I?ve ever had. I was asked to pull around because my legs were cooking. I... ordered a two piece with fries and a drink. I was told it would be 5 minutes. I waited 15 and came inside. They had forgot aboutmy order. I waited another 10 minutes and settled for two chicken legs and a drink. They were still waiting on fries and theyforgot my biscuit lol. The lady in front of me said she had been waiting for 35 minutes. There had to have been at least 7employees in the kitchen. I just KFCin south side Al. I ordered the 12 meal w/ 3 sides. I was told at the window all they had available were 3 breast and... 8 wings. I asked if they were dropping g more chicken, she said would be 15 to 18 minutes so we decided to wait. Food came andwe went home. I checked to make sure I had my sides but I didn?t count the chicken in the parking lot. I ordered 12 I paid for12 and received 8. The Mac n cheese was very dry and hard. Like it was scraped from the bottom. The staff was very unfriendlyand I swear to God they didn?t even crack a smile. I will not visit this restaurant again.if you do I wish you luck. Read more
If your going to go thru this drive thru u might want to bring a book to read. A helmet for when they throw your order out the... window and a smile because that would be the only pleasant thing there with those rude kids working the window. Read more

My opinion they need to tear this one down and start over fresh. That means new employees as well. And also they need to learn... how to put a little extra in their burritos and tacos because there's been times where I barely have anything inside but they dohave one very sweet manager that they need to keep. But I can't recollect in her name. We've actually compare Taco to taco withthe other ones in town and the Southside one was the least favorite. We have told them about this issue and and they say thisis how they're supposed to make them. Ordered and paid for food. After waiting for 10 minutes and everyone else in my party getting their food, we asked about mine... and the cashier didn't want to believe i ordered or paid for anything despite having a receipt.
