The first visit was good. The food was very good. I even got something to go and she said it was high quality even after being... reheated. However, we went again tonight and first thing we noticed is the sanitation score was a 90.5! That is unacceptable. Many fast food restaurants have better scores than that. Also, the staff made us feel that if you don?t live in St James or havea six figure bank account that you are not welcomed at their establishment. Walked in at 505pm when they opened at 5 and no oneelse in the restaurant. They asked if we had a reservation. We did not because as the only customers in there we felt we didn?tneed one. The atmosphere they promoted felt like an eatery that belongs on Figure Eight Island. We felt very uncomfortable anddecided not to order and left. There?s no point in being somewhere that makes me feel like I?m not welcome. Taking this one offthe list. Unfortunate because the food was delicious. Read more

This place has really gone down hill. The food used to always be top quality and absolutely delicious. Recently however, the... food has been sub-par at best while the prices have remained high. At first it was the portion sizes being smaller, now theactual quality of the food has suffered. The crab cakes are usually delicious but this last time I had to question if there wasactually any crab or just filler. The cream sauce on the grits had split and you could clearly see the orange hue of fatfloating atop. The croissant sandwich rolls tasted like McDonalds hamburger buns. I honestly would?ve rather have went toMcDonalds for the price. Such a shame as I used to consider this my favorite restaurant ??????? Read more
