I placed my order via the app. It was super quick and easy. I picked it up at the location in Southlake. Everything was... delicious! The person helping me with my order was super sweet. I will definitely come back again. The only thing you can dobetter is to open one in Louisiana!!!! Read more
Tried to order online (because it?s always at least 15 min in there) and it wouldn?t let me. I call the store to let them know... it?s not working and a lady says it?s because they close at 7 and I can?t place an order online after 6:30. I told her it?s6:22. She says ?that?s strange, it should be working?. I ask if I can place the order by phone and she says they aren?t allowedto take orders by phone. I said okay, well I?m in a rush and can?t order online, I?m on the way now, can you please take theorder for just one bowl? She replies ?no, I can?t take orders by phone but I can make it for you when you get here.? Not surewhen we stopped treating customers like actual humans but it?s amazing how poor service has become. Used to go out of my way tovisit this place but I?ll just start going to the new place here in Trophy Club. Read more
My daughter was visiting from out of state and was craving Nekter. We had a long day of shopping and made it in just before... closing. We ordered 2 Açaí Banana Berry bowls. One of the two had quite a bit less than the other. I brought it to theattention of Rosemary, assistant manager at the Southlake location. She acknowledged and explained graciously how each bowl issupposed to be filled. (One was overfilled). Anyway, that explanation was acceptable. But she went above and beyond and broughtus a little more to make up for the one bowl that had less. She did not have to do that. Absolutely awesome. Super clean food. I like the Greenie with extra protein. If you really wanna up the protein, try adding both... the pea and whey protein (they use a Tablespoon for each serving-roughly 7.5 g) and then add extra of each on the app. Read more
Sometimes the bowls are a little more liquidy than I?d like, but they always taste delicious! This place is a little pricey too.... I?ve tried three different bowls so far and have liked them all. I?ll definitely be going again, I?m excited to try moreflavors! They also always look pretty too! One of my favorite breakfast options in the area. Read more
I first tried Nekter in Santa Monica a couple years back. I was so thrilled to see them in Southlake so close to home. I love... love love the dragon fruit bowl for lunch. Not too heavy healthy and perfect on a hot summer day. Amongst the juices the orangebuzz is my personal favorite. Can?t go wrong with either of the two. Please bring back the online order option. New ownership at the Southlake location and they came in there and made changes and I would say they?re not for the better. Dark... tinted windows on the outside makes the place look closed it?s gloomy on the inside with a new paint in the dark windows thatplace was rockin the awesome manager is now gone and I hope this place can survive but it looks and feels dead in there everytime I go there now.
