We have visited the place for lunch buffet and there were hardly 10 items and most of them are empty and need to wait for... refill. Horrible experience. The vegetables used are frozen and the taste is not great. Finding jeera in jeera rice is likefinding cashew in upma here. They have charged 15% as gratuity which they don?t deserve. We visited this place 2 years ago on Valentine?s Day and made a mistake not making reservation before as it was super busy that... day. Though it was busy we were politely told about the 30-45 mins wait which we agreed but we were accompanied with the liveIndian music and a bar right next to the waiting. The live music were awesome and my girl just loved it and so did I. Aftersome time we were seated and order the lamb chop, goat biryani and a chicken curry and all were super delicious. This is authentic Indian food! We had the veggie samosas and Malai kebab for starters, excellent. We ordered Chicken Tiki... Masala, Butter Chicken, and the Tandoori Chicken. All were very good. The ONLY reason this isn?t a five stars review is thatthey charge for rice and bread. This is the first time I?ve ever been charged for rice, which is and should be always part ofthe meal. I would prefer if they would simply include it in their prices, rather than feeling nickel and dimes to death. I findit offensive. Service by our waiter Jeff was excellent. However, when we requested the chap that brought the food to removesome used plates he informed us ?the busboy does that?. Honestly, if a customer asked for plates to be cleared I don?t care whattitle the person has, or their opinion of what is beneath them, I just want the plates removed. Wasn?t impressed, but Jeff wasvery good. Helpful, polite and professional. Bottom line is, very good food, good service (by the waiter) and reasonablepricing, spoiled by nickel and dime policies. The food was authentic, very flavorful. The samosas are very good with the chutney offered. The chicken in both the butter... chicken and masala were the same cube cut. It was a bit dry but the curries were very flavorful. The malai chicken was supertender and tasty. As a previous reviewer wrote, they do charge for basmati rice. The garlic naan was fine as well. I believe thepineapple juice is canned and the lemon juice water was a bit weak in flavor....it should be a refreshing drink.
