This is my second time eating here and both times has been great. Service has been excellent as well as the food. I would highly... recommend trying it. The tampiqueña was amazing, specially the enchilada but the combo muchacho was good too. The place isnice, the decoration and ambiance is very nice. My wife and I went here for lunch the other day and I would give it 5 stars, except for two aspects, which I will get to.... ??First the really good: -The ambience.?-The service?-Smoked Pinapple Daquiri -Grapefruit Hybiscus Marg (this was a manager orbar tender special I think, anyways, awesome) -Skinny Spicy Marg -The chips and salsa(s) were great?-The steak tacos were rallytender and well seasoned. The flour tortillas (made in house) are dynamite. ??Now for the only reason it isn’t a 5: -First: twasn’t bad, exactly, but the queso just wasn’t my jam. It was a little on the chalky side or something. I can’t quite putmy finger on it. Usually we clear the bowl of queso at restaurants, but not here. -Second: The flavors of the chili con carneenchiladas we very much on point. But the corn tortilla (which we found out were not made in house like the flour ones are) werereally hard and stale to cut through. Unlike any I’ve had. It was really disappointing considering it’s really hard to messup cheese enchiladas. And for that price especially, they should be perfect. All in all, obviously, I will definitely be backand I would encourage people to go there for sure. Read more

Our experience started out really strong, great service, atmosphere, etc. Chips and salsa were delicious, drinks were good, my... enchiladas tasted great. My husband's however had a piece of METAL in his that was about an inch long - kind of like a long bentstaple. Thankfully he didn't swallow it or we would be in the hospital! We informed the manager and she comped his plate andmade him a new enchilada to go. However we had lost our appetite and probably won't return. Read more

Muchacho's was a roller coaster ride of fabulous customer service, great tasting food, and an experience I will never forget. ... The only suggestion I would make is to have table side fresh guacamole. If they would have had it, I would have definitelygiven 5 Stars:) Read more
