I went inside and the staff acted very tired and upset that they had to serve me. I noticed that their owner Billy?s Brown was... in the store helping. Instead of taking the opportunity to help me. She instead instructed the staff to finish their cleaningtask and she would be with me in a moment. The cleaning solution they were using was left on the countertop while my sandwichwas being made. Then I noticed the owner degrading her employees. There was an older Hispanic man working there who was supersweet and BILLYE BROWN was very rude to him. I will go to Jimmy John?s or potbelly from now on. I can?t believe an owner of abusiness would treat their employees like that and then in the same moment neglect health standards and also paying customerswhose time is valuable. Read more

So pricey, but so good! 2 Giant subs, 1 regular, no chips or drinks $50!! They are so very good but I can't afford the... prices. O.K. place to eat if your annual salary is in the 6 figures. Treat yourself, YOLO! Read more

I had the most pleasant experience while I was dining at this location. The first thing that happened when I walked in the door... an employee by the name of Aj Blight rushed to give me a hug?.. I did not know him but it felt nice. While ordering Aj Blightrecommended the 14; I didn?t know that Jersey Mikes had a number 14 but he went to the back to make it. It had been some timeand when he came out to present my sandwich it was glistening and dripping with their grill grease. Would definitely recommenddining at this location. Read more

I went to the store with my family and was helped by a nice young man named AJ. After he sliced my sandwich he asked if would... like it mikes way. I responded by saying ?no, I want it my way? trying to be a little humorous and cheer up the family. AJproceeds to body slam my newborn on the grill and season him with salt and pepper. He took my youngest daughter and meatprepped her and stored he in the walk-in. Haven?t seen my children in 3 months but AJ seemed like he has a good head on hisshoulders and he was very apologetic after the whole experience. Great food, great staff. Would come back. Read more

Last minute lunch choice that I'd do again in a second! Place had a line when I arrived; I was worried about time. Zoom! They... were SO quick! Efficiency at its finest!! Friendly and fast service. Came during the lunch rush and the wait wasn't too bad. Food was excellent and super fresh!

Great fresh tasting quality sandwiches, however they are a little pricy $$$ and the number of customizable options in comparison... to subway is minimal. Read more

Today on September 10, 2017 at 8:49 PM, I called this Jersey Mike's location and told them I was 5-6 minutes away and was... wanting to make sure they would still be open because I knew they closed at 9:00 PM. I spoke to a lady who I asked if I gotthere at 8:55 if I would still be able to get a sandwich. She replied by asking me if I was wanting a hot or cold sandwich, thenalso said it would also depend on if the meat slicer had been cleaned or not. She said their computer system would not allowthem to place any type of order one it became 9:00 PM. She said they don't take any phone orders after 8:30 PM in case peopledon't make it in on time..all this being said..I told her okay that's fine I'm right down the street so I'll take my luck,thanked her and continued driving. I pulled up to the store at exactly 8:55 PM to find their lights out and two workers in theback cleaning up with a small light on. I went up to the door and stood there knocking and calling as I watched them ignoringme. After a minute I returned to my car and they turned off all of the lights. Once I drove away and got back on the main road,I saw them turn the light back on to continue cleaning up. Keep in mind it's still before 9:00 PM. I hope the owner of thislocation sees this and takes action against the female who answered the phone and led me to believe I still had time to getthere and be served. This is ridiculous. I will be writing to the CEO of Jersey Mike's and making sure my experience with thislocation is shared all over. Horrible customer service from a lazy employee and someone who does not deserve to be running anytype of establishment. Read more
