I?ve come to this location for years without any issues and tonight (12/2) was the worst service I?ve ever received. The woman... helping customers took my order and never said another word, not asking if I needed additional toppings or chips/drinks. Shovedmy food into a bag and rang me up. When I tried to add additional toppings while she was ringing us up and give some gentlefeedback about the poor customer service she rolled her eyes and walked to the back without a response and refused to addressher lack of customer service and horrendous attitude. As convenient as it is, I will never be back at this location? Read more

I was having problems with the app. So I was not able to place my order through that. When I placed my order by going to Google... and doing the order online. After pain I realized I had paid more money than I had I?ve been able to use the app. I immediatelytried to call the store. To find out how to cancel the order. After five phone calls of getting straight voicemail. And thevoicemail box is full so you can?t leave a message. My son picked up the order and I was stuck paying the extra money. I triedto call after the voice mail is still what?s picking up and you still can?t leave a message. I would appreciate hearing from theowner of the store. As I called corporate and was informed it is a franchise . Read more

I had a great experience when I went to this store. The owner was very kind and sweet. She treated me like an angel and I loved... that. The person who made my sub was awesome. He asked if I wanted my sandwich mikes way. This was my first time coming into aJersey Mikes, so I had no idea what that meant. The man kindly explained to me what mikes way was, and I said no I want thatCancro?s way. He had a nice chuckle at my joke, then he proceeded to chug the oil and vinegar bottles then puked it on mysandwich. After that he grilled my sandwich and then took a bath in the pickle bucket right in front of me. I was more thansatisfied with my sandwich and the service from this fine establishment. 10/10 would recommend. I will be dining here again. Read more

incredibly consistently poor service stretching back a decade since the location east of this one on Sthlk Blvd opened a few... years ago, ive consistently gone there despite being out of my way because no matter who the staff is here, ive endlessly runinto indifferent, overwhelmed, incompetent, or just plain rude employees. there have been shining examples in the past severalyears (the women employed here have universally been harder workers and more kind customer service reps than their malecounterparts, despite being almost always outnumbered) but overall even with employee turnover over the course of years thislocation has proved itself to me to have a persistent culture of immaturity and laziness Read more

I order my sandwiches from this Joe?s 4~5 times a month but never had anything to complain about until today and, the funny... thing is, it was my first time using rewards for one of the sandwiches that turned out to be just plain horrible. Maybe theyhave special instructions for sandwiches being ordered on rewards?! I am not sure but the bread was very dry, like it was daysold and, the lunch meat and all things that go in the sandwich were only about half of the normal portion. I called to speak tothe mgr about the incident hoping it could be addressed since I live so close by and didn?t want to change one of my favorite goto places for sandwiches. I guess my expectations on their customer service was too high because the mgr never followed up. Iwill need to find a new sandwich place!!! ** The mgr called the next day after I submitted my review. She sounded sincere aboutaddressing the issue. Maybe I'll give it another shot...** ********************* Gave it another try two days later and thingshaven?t changed much. Probably will not be going back. ********************** Yes, Jersey Mike's next to the Bicentennial Parkis the location that I am talking about. Like I had mentioned, I live so close by but I haven't been back since giving your guysa second chance. The mgr had mentioned that maybe it was a new employee who made the mistake but something is definitely wrongif it can't be corrected. I certainly appreciate your reply. Hopefully things will get better. Read more

I have been a returning customer for many years and throughout the time the service has always been top tier. The manager there... has always been sincere about problems and remembers me, it makes me feel special going into there and seeing a familiar face. And to top it all even better is the quality of the food! My go to sandwich is a Philly cheese steak and I have never had a badsandwich from there. I applaud you Jersey Mike's!!! Read more

While this location typically does a great job, this time was pretty gross. I had a pick up order, brought it home, and found... this foreign item (cotton towel??) in my sandwich. I called them to inform them. Honestly, I was pretty surprised that thereaction was almost like I was just calling to get a free sandwich. She did refund my sandwich after somewhat portraying thelack of believing me, but given that I was surprised by the response, I decided that I would prove that I was not kidding. Regardless, this was an honest mistake, but maybe JMs needs to reconsider their customer service. Read more

I am impressed with the hard-working staff and service and product of this restaurant. I have never been here before, but I will... definitely return. I had a mini number 13 original Italian sub. It was delicious! They?ve got a new customer!! Read more
