Probably unlikely to recommend any people to go here for late night evening, the service was wonderful thank you for your... hospitality, hopefully you guys can be well staffed for the future, thank you for your generosity and your service, hope to seeyou once again here again too. Weekly Sunday breakfast date with the hubby. IHOP was so not busy, we love going early. There was 4 or 5 tables at 7:30am.... Waitress was terrific. We love getting a personal pot of coffee at the table. Food was really good, and fast. Hubby toast wasover toasted a little, but still ok. You know we always get sausage, it was really good. Restaurant was clean. Recommend for abreakfast date. We went a 2nd time this morning. No personal pot anymore, ????. I tried the French toast today, it was yummy.Still the best sausage links so far in Grapevine area. Was busy at 8am today too. Read more
Took close to an hour for an online pickup, after saying it would be ready in 15 minutes. No one is seating people or helping... with pick ups. They are not busy, maybe 50% of tables are open. The staff is just standing there folding napkins, & staring atall the customers waiting. One waitress got into a screaming match with another disgruntled customer in front of the wholediner. There was a very very rude tall African American man who was very rude to me when I came in this morning to pick up my order . I... was next in line and I began to say what name my order was placed under and he rudely yelled out to me ?YOU CAN WAIT!!? Andbegan to take the older Caucasian couple behind me instead of listening to my order. I feel there was a bit of prejudiceinvolved as well. I definitely recommend firing him . The night crew was amazing. Very friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was really good and came out at a good time. Our... waitress Madison was on top of things. The manager Sonya was very helpful. We enjoyed everything so much so that we've decidedto go at night more often! Read more
Sonja had the best customer service and was very friendly. Definitely a tropper we had our food served quite quickly despite her... having to cook on top of taking orders and it was delicious. Decent ihop. Food is great. Service is excellent. Manager is awesome. No wait time. High quality food prep. Clean establishment.... Everything is awesome. However their menu is different to that of other stores. And their price is slightly higher too. Hencethe reduction of two stars as we would have gone elsewhere had we known... but when your going at 4am, you don?t have a choiceeither... ps their night menu is restricted... so you have been warned!
