I have a love/hate relationship with Costco. Yeah they're a pretty good deal but not as great of a bargain as they were 5 years... ago when I 1st became a member. Some favs of mine-pulled pork,the frozen pepperoni pizzas(THE best frozen pizza I've evertried),good deals on dog treats. Also eggs,milk and cheese are a good deal. Read more
I had a poor experience at this location today and unfortunately almost every time I visit the Southlake Costco I have... interactions with Costco employees that are rude and probably should not be working where they help others. Today the ladywhose name is in the receipt told me I should have just chosen a different cashier if I wanted good service and had words withme giving me an excuse for her poor service. (I will be contacting directly Costco management in further details and regards tothis specific employee) However, I am urged to write this review more because consistently the service and respect given tomembers at SOUTHLAKE Costco has been sub par in the 6 years we have lived here. We drive further to a different location just tohave better interactions and always seem to regret coming to this one... If you love Costco but dislike being disrespected Iwould advice to drive further to another location and avoid this one at all costs. Read more
Costco is quickly becoming that place were you hate yourself because you cannot stop going there. It's getting very... overcrowded, difficult to park, surly customers that are selfish and prices are continuing to go up. But I still convince myselfI need to go there for one item. We have been members since 1997 and our membership expires in June. I am hoping I have thecourage to not renew. Read more
Costco Food Court has a good selection of food & desserts (ice cream w/berries or chocolate sauce). Many times after my husband... & I finish shopping, we stop by the food court for a bite to eat! ???? Read more
All kinds of brands, best price ever! I always get my soda water there. And when I checkout, I love to order their $1.50 dollar... hot dog with free refill fountain drink. Sometimes a I also order the smoothie or the yogert ice cream. Total would be just $3dollar. My Costco membership card is from Taiwan. Basically it's a international Costco visa credit card. The staff there arealways so surprised of my card. They said they never saw that before. And they'd love to help me even they don't see the cardbefore. I'm able to use my international Costco card to shop there anytime. Love their service!! Read more
Went there to get a veggie pizza last week. They had someone order a veggie pizza that had not been picked up. It had been... sitting there for sometime. So i politely refused and asked for fresh made. They must have not been happy. They cooked a newpizza but left it partially cooked. The pizza was all soft and doughy just few hours later. Having paid money i ate once. Nowi have fallen sick with cough and fever. There should be better quality control. They should really train and discipline theiremployees. This was not free. I paid for it and can expect decent food. Am i right? Read more
It's Costco, of course it's great! My favorite thing about shopping at costco vs. Sam's Club is that they always have new stuff... on the end caps every time I visit (which is about once every two weeks), and often times, it's a bunch of great stuff that Iwant to buy. Their organic food selection hands down is much better than Sam's Club and most grocery stores. Most of their itemsare reasonably priced. I highly recommend getting the executive membership since you will make your money back in rewards if youshop there enough (which you will). Read more
4 stars because of 3 reasons. They used to have more halal meat options before, secondly they don't stock Horizon Organic milk... and last but not least the mixed deluxe nuts don't taste right. The quality of mixed nuts is not the best anymore and the pecansare not deluxe nuts. Mixed nuts from Target are better in taste and additionally they have walnuts instead of pecans. Read more
