This is my absolute favorite pizza place. Truly a gem in Southlake. I always get the white pizza, which is just mozzerella and... parmesan cheese with ricotta. The pizza is huge, which feeds both of us, and allows me to take half home for lunch or dinnerthe next day. Two pieces are more than enough for me, but I find it hard to stop there. They have much more than pizza, and Ihave also had part of the meatball sandwich that the mother-in-law couldn't finish. It was incredible as well. If you like cold pizza and liars, this is your place. I ordered takeout.. 14 inch pizza. Rebecca said 20 minutes. I showed up at... the 30 min mark. Then proceeded to wait another 15-20 minutes. She checked on my order after that time and then walked to thefront of the building where (for some dumb reason) they put their to go orders. I asked ?has it been sitting there long? shesaid only a few minutes which THAT is what makes me mad. I?m a GM of a business. The owner needs to teach Rebecca whataccountability means. We came here for my husband?s birthday! All the staff was amazing!! Our server Vanessa was such a sweetheart, all the food was... delicious and everyone made us feel very welcomed! The manager even brought us a little dish of the mousse with whip cream andstrawberries to give to our 7 month old daughter. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to walk in and feel likefamily! The food was immaculate by the way. We were not disappointed by the brushetta calamari salads or pizza it was allfantastic plus on Thursdays they have half off bottles of wine! Would recommend just for the people who work here. Every Friday, seriously, every Friday for the past 10 + years, I dine at this restaurant with my wife and daughter. I may miss a... Friday every once in awhile, but if I do, I come in on Saturday because I never want to miss out on my favorite meal for theweek. The pizza is amazing. Even my daughter who never liked pizza before this year is finally eating pizza here. The reasonwhy? The staff and owner. Their world class service providing options for my picky child over the years got her to come aroundfrom eating not just their great pasta and homemade marinara sauce, but to exploring a dairy free pizza with meatballs. Duringthe height of pandemic, this restaurant still provided world class service even if it was great food to-go only. The entire crewat coal vines is what makes the food even better. Whether I am just with my family or when I bring in larger parties to dine in,the service and the food never changes. It's the best! Restaurant had a great vibe a buzz. Everything we ate was delicious. Bartender was efficient and quick with good conversation.... No liquor license here fyi. Just beer and wine.
