Chipotle will continue to get 1 star reviews from me until they offer all menu items items in person. The fact that I have to... order a quesadilla online because the machine that males it is 10 feet away and the workers literally don't have a way to ringit up is literal insanity. They also don't allow additional quesadillas to be added on the kids order as a separate menu item.These are easy wins Chipotle. Read more

You can only get a non kid size quesadilla by ordering online. That?s ridiculous. Terrible internet caused significant headache... in the shop to try and order. Staff tried to help but couldn?t. This is the last time I go to this chipotle! I never get what I order and today they messed up all my food! My pork taco kids... meal only included a plain tortilla and beans no meat. My kids quesadilla was messed up and I ordered sofritas and got spicymeat! So over this location. You have 4 people working behind the counter switching things back and forth. We?ve been to this location several times and the food is always delicious! They?re pretty fast but if you?re in a hurry, mobile... ordering is a great way to save yourself standing in line. The barbacoa salad is my favorite!! Read more

Chipotle is great but I would avoid this location. Last time they didn?t have dressing in the take out and this time it looked... like I paid $9 for an appetizer/ hardly any lettuce. Poorly run and managed establishment. Read more

The place was really nice and clean. The food was excellent and the special drinks were delicious. I have no idea why but they... had a really cute dog in the restaurant and it walked around us when we were eating. Kinda wierd but cool... overall 10 out of10. Really recommended. Read more

Visited this store tonight and was unimpressed when I asked for a "side" of rice, to go along with my burrito. I received a 4oz... condiment cup worth of rice which cost me $1.10. When I asked if I could get the larger paper container (perhaps 8-10oz?) ofrice, I was told that the rice could only be sold in this small container. So, I took my thimbleful of rice and went on my way.I should have gone next door to the Asian place and picked up a reasonable side of rice. The burrito was good, however. Read more

Been going to this one for a long time be sure of martial arts nearby. 8/11 was the worst I have ever had. Advice don't not... order online, you will get ripped off on the portions. Burrito was smaller then a dollar bill, my son have a bay leaf piece inhis bowl, and the didn't even try to probably put together the kids meal we got. I wrote. Great review for them months ago butnow they are just disappointing. Picture of the bay leaf that was in son's burrito bowl that I had to fish out. Update: Themanager talked to us around 530pm and apologized. She gave us vouchers for free burrito and agreed that it is not the wayChipotle does things. She will be talking to her day staff so they are removing the bay leaves and making sure people aren'tgetting shorted on their food. She helped keep the rating high because she was nice and completely understood with having anattitude like she was dealing with a angry customer. Kudos to her for being top level professional.
