Okay so this is the 4th if not more times that I have had issues at this particular BK. I ordered my food, the kid did not... understand me and got mad when I let him know that he rang up the wrong items on my order. He rolled his eyes and told themanager in Spanish something which I do understand but apparently he didn't think I understood. They proceeded to go throughwith the wrong order after I told him to change the order, but since he had already rang me up, he did not change it. I did notreceive a receipt and when I received my order for my daughter & I let the manager know that I had did not order fries but onionrings instead. So the manager grabbed the fries out of my bag & threw them in the trash as if I was the one who made the mistakeon the order. I asked for napkins and there was a problem with that as well when the napkins were shoved into my hands and eyesrolled at me for asking for obvious items that should be given with each order. My family and I went to Burger King and we couldn?t be anymore happy with Miriam Valdez and all of her work crew. They were... nice, and made us feel like family. I wouldn?t go to any other restaurant besides this one. Great facility and great customerservice. Read more

Drove down to this location from trophy club and ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches. And then ordered a double meat BACON KING.... The fries were horrid and dried out hard. The burger looked just like the picture with finger prints smooshed into it and wasmissing the BACON for my bacon king. The reciept printer broke so I said dont worry about it of course. Then get back to workto find this disgusting meal that got thrown on the trash. There was ONE other dine in customer there. And maybe a few in thedrive through. They stay messing up my food orders. I've only been there like 4 times like every few months or so. And they never get it right.... Either the order is the wrong one or they give me a half done order, or are missing the cheese i paid extra for. You have onejob take the order, read the order and make what's on that order I don't see why that is so difficult to do. The most recentincident happened today I got a whopper the burger patty tasted like it was burnt and it was tougher than a usual burger I lookinto it this thing is burnt to a crisp!!! I eat at this location frequently for a reason (I will even drive far away just to go to this location): 1. it tastes 100X... better than McDonalds 2. you get more for your money (the $5 deal has 1,027 calories (not even including the drink. That?sunheard of value for your money today.) Tip: swap the fries for onion rings. 3. the staff is very friendly and the managementis running the store phenomenally.
