We arrived, a crowd of 7, and one server was there to my knowledge. She filled 7 cones with a smile! A pleasant experience!

So, we have been coming to this location for quite awhile and have always had a good experience... but tonight, for some reason,... the store was closed... at 9:30pm, even though store hours on the door clearly say they're open until 10pm. Hey, I get it thatsometimes circumstances can force a store to close early and unexpectedly... but there was no sign or anything alertingpotential customers that normal store hours were not being adhered to. Hands down...the best tasting birthday cake I have ever had! My daughter was quite adamant she wanted an ice cream cake for her... 9th birthday party and celebration. Initially, I was not onboard, but hey, it was her birthday, thus her decision and wish!Perhaps, I should start listening to her more often(?) ???????? This cake did not disappoint and was a hit by all who attended(young and old)! And, hey, consider the savings of not having to actually buy ice cream separately. A young lady namedChristina did a phenomenal job making our "splash splash, mermaid pool bash" cake and matched it perfectly to the glitteryturquoise and purple party invitation. Thank you, Christina! I appreciate you working closely with my daughter's amazingGod-mommy to make one of her many birthday wishes come true. You took great care to make the cake perfection! You can see my reviews on here for other locations. This location was by far superior to ANY of the other locations I've... visited. It was clean, well air conditioned and well stocked. All ice cream containers were full as well as every space forflavors. The store associate, Harty was over the top friendly and helpful. He offered samples of the ice cream of the month ANDsamples of every flavor we commented about, even though we stuck to our favorite, Daiquiri Ice. Harty seems to love his job.Hats off to Hartly and thank you for making my day GREAT!!! Read more

Might as well disconnect the phone line. Only lets you order online for 24 Hours in advance, but if you want to cancel you have... to call the store. Good luck getting anyone to answer though. Read more

Drove here in hopes of getting a milkshake and a small ice cream for my daughter. When I entered, I wasn?t familiar with the... layout so I stood afar to see the menu. I read the menu from a distance, away from a couple since I didn?t want to be in theirpersonal space. The entire time I was on my phone speaking with my long distance boyfriend after a seemingly hard day of work.After the couple ordered , the man working immediately turned his back to wash dishes. Seeing how he was the only personworking, I figured it was to keep ahead of any mess. I continued to wait. Another customer comes in, the man turns to face him,and asks what he can get for him. Throughout the entire time I am at the register. I am rather confused at this point because Ihave waited patiently, I?ve made it visible that I?m ready to order, and then get ignored. He proceeds to tell me then next timeI shouldn?t be on the phone. There was no greeting, no I?ll be right with you, no how can I help you to begin with. By thispoint I?m enraged, not only did he try to humiliate me -he made it appear as though I am in the wrong. Plenty of people talk onthe phone, either for safety purpose, for anxiety, or to just catch up with a loved one. I hadn?t said anything concerning hisheadphone that was on his ear throughout the entire ordeal. When I point it out he says it is silent and nothing is playing. Itwas an unnecessary interaction and could have been avoided if he had done his job correctly . No one should feel as though theyare being a burden when they are giving someone business, especially if they hadn?t been rude to staff to begin with. Shocked athow some people treat others nowadays. I recommend going to another location, perhaps the customer service would be better.Drove 20 minutes to be treated portly and couldn?t enjoy my items afterwards. Read more

Had an amazing experience here at Baskin Robins SouthLake. From the second we placed our first step into the door, to the moment... we stepped out, we were accompanied by the blend of warm and sugary scents. Hartley served us well.
