By far one of the worst experiences I?ve had at a restaurant. I went last week with my husband and two kids, from the start our... waitress was EXTREMELY rude. I like to give people a benefit of the doubt so I assumed she was having a bad day and let it go,until she gave me attitude for asking when our food was going to come out because we were waiting for probably 45+ minutes. Thenour food finally came and my son found a hair in his chicken parm. I didn?t even have it in me to complain I just asked for thecheck and left. Completely disappointed with the customer service and the lack of cleanliness. Do better!! Read more
