Coffee & panni was really good, both were hot. Staff was friendly. The price for the Coffee is a little expensive.

I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese (cream cheese is an extra $1). I got an untoasted bagel with... I'm not sure? Maybe... butter, maybe a scraping of cream cheese? First pic is how it was recieved, second pic is how I would expect a dollar of creamcheese to look. Had to go home and add the cream cheese. Read more

Stepped inside to grab a coffee as the drive-thru was incredibly long. Approximately five employees present. One young lady... was busy looking at her cellphone while a male counterpart was preparing an order at the counter. After about three minutes,she put her phone away and then retrieved a drink for the same order. Not terribly shocking but notable. What was shocking wasan 18ish year old african-american male, puffy hair at the top and shaved sides, who stepped away from the drive thru window. He was yelling at the top of his voice about a customer. The "F" word left his lips no less than five times, loud enough forEVERYONE to hear in the entire store, as he ranted. Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. The manager, whoever he/she was,should have immediately sent him home. Read more

I want everyone to know: ******IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES DO NOT GO HERE******* WORST TIM HORTONS EVER! They do not care about... food allergies. I asked for a plain bagel with no butter. I explained I couldn't have dairy. When I got to work there was creamcheese on it! I threw it out because it sat there all day. I went back after work and explained the situation, they were veryrude and standoffish. They said I needed the bagel or the receipt [Which of course the did not give to me.] I asked to speak tothe manager the manger was EVEN MORE RUDE! Talking to me like I was stupid. To the point I told her I worked at McDonald's forover 10 years and I would have apologized at least and not made such a big freaking thing over this. To which I was told she wasgoing to replace it as a courtesy but now she's not and had the window slammed in my face. Read more

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons ever. Every time i visit this store the staff messes up the order. I specifically ask... politely and repeat my order 3-4 times and they still mess it up. When i ask politely to have what I payed for fixed, they arerude and disrespectful. They also cursed at my 62 year old mother.. They just remade my drink and refused to fill it up and iordered a large, and they added water to my drink and still didn?t fill it up. Needless to say i will be filing a complaint withcorporate Tim Hortons. I tried to contact corporate and they wanted me to pay them a dollar to file a complaint. They made me fresh donuts. I came here around 7pm on Sunday, it was empty & I was the only one there. I asked for Boston Cream... donuts & she said they had just ran out, but then her & the guy employee made me fresh donuts & I'm pretty happy about. :) Read more
