Ordered online sent my son with the portal code, code invalid. Checked my email to call and there is a new email stating go to... counter. The whole purpose of your portal is not waiting big fail. Call there is an obnoxious message saying order online. Whyyou screw that up to. On hold for 15 minutes no one answers the phone. Poor service all together. You lost a customer. I have afamily member requiring care so if I do something to save time and you screw it up, I at least expect someone to answer thePHONE!! I also don't expect the older lady to be rude at the counter when he follows the direction that was emailed. Read more
Food is excellent. However the woman behind the counter was very rude. I set a time to pick up my order and I was late picking... it up so the pizza portal wouldn't allow me to get it. So I waited in line and then waiting a few extra minutes since aftertaking care of the last customer I was told to wait. And then once it was my turn I explained I had an order and the codewouldn't work, which she then said bitterly "That's because you're late!" So she grabbed the pizzas and then threw the crazybread and sauce on the counter. I don't know what this lady's issue was, but if you don't like your job I highly suggestlooking into something else. I'll be looking into another location to get pizza from since this place clearly isn't friendly. Read more
