Dave W. is rude and Hates his job. But I can see why because he was running the drive through and front counter by himself.... After PATIENTLY waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes, Dave told me that he didn?t have to serve me since I was ?hollering? ;after he told me to speak up because he could?ve hear me -_-. I left the drive-thru speaker, and proceeded inside. Just to waitPATIENTLY another 5-10minutes while Dave frantically tried to take drive-thru orders, front counter orders, and bag his ownfood. Once it was finally time for me to order, I was livid. I told Dave I was going to complain to corporate because of howrude he was on the speaker. He stated he didn?t care because he has ?witnesses? that knows he isn?t rude. Whatever, I left. Gothome and sent my husband back to the Burger King because I actually wanted the food. My husband came back home with cold/stalefries, no shake because they didn?t have any, and chicken nuggets or my two year old that were hard as a rock. I still have yetto receive a call back from a manager. Thanks Burger King for the horrible service and horrible food. I definitely won?t beback. This is by far the worst burger ever. The service is terrible nobody's even in the restaurant and you're waiting at the... drive-through for 20 minutes ridiculous they need to fire everyone and hire new people with good work ethic and good drive Iwill never ever go there again! I don't normally go to this Burger King but I'm glad I did. The Cha'King sandwich I ordered was (as my 13 year old would say)... Busin!!!! ???? It was on point!! Everything was hot and fresh. Service was excellent. Would definitely go there again. Read more
Went there today and first thing I notice is no ice drinks will be warm. Ok no problem. Order my food and pull up to the window.... After giving them my debit card they got the window open and all you can hear is the two ladies complaining. I hear the ladytaking orders complaining about someone ordering. She said omg I hate when people order like this. When I ask what you wantdon't say um. We don't sell um. I could tell she had an attitude with us at the speaker but I tried to overlook it. But she isjust completely rude. I went here twice this week for the new garlic burger. The first time they were handling issues with theirstaff and asked if we could give them 5/10 minutes. We just left. The next day I went to another location and they said theydon't have that burger yet. So I tried this location today and of course they don't have it. So I had to order something else. Iask for no lettuce and not tomatoes on my sandwich. Instead I get no lettuce and no onions. But apparently my husband didn't getonions either so maybe they were out. But also our fries were over cooked like they just reheated old fries. This place needs tojust close down. Read more
