Some of these Wendy's places drive-thru is a long time. But every windy franchise is very different from others some shouldn't... be open. Seriously one of my favorite locations. The service is always fast, and the ladies that work there are very friendly. They even... take the time to talk to me about the care bears I ride with in my car - it was awesome to have that interaction. Thank you forthe excellent customer service! My food was freezing cold and the door ? driver wasn?t that far from my house as well as put my food in one of the door Dash... thermal bags and my friend used to work for door dash so I know for a fact if my warm food had been putting that bag it would?vestayed somewhat warm by the time it arrived to my house reasonably but no my food was ice cold and then presented like this!! And my Coca-Cola does not even taste like Coca-Cola somethings wrong with their fountain machine.. i?ve worked in the foodindustry and I know how these fountains work they clearly need to replace the Coca-Cola syrup!!! Like it literally taste likesomeone hasn?t replace the syrup in a while like it?s just barely getting Coca-Cola flavors and if you look at it the color islike light brown almost watery not even Coca-Cola brown I literally dumped it out before I even decided to leave a Google reviewso sadly I don?t have the picture of the Coca-Cola but that was pitiful! This is what was sold uncooked beef. This food was for my 3 year old and I did not discover this until he was almost done eating... this. Plus the food was cold. I work in food safety and have for over 15 years, you can?t tel me they didn?t know this partywas raw before they put this on the bread and served it. This was served to a baby!!! That?s why you as a food safetyestablishment, you should ensure all food is correct. I barely order fast food but did not feel like cooking, it?s a a shamethis is what food service has gotten to. Nice new restaurant but service and food definitely does not match. Had to explain to the employee taking our order the kids... meal and got mad at us.... raw French fries and smashed burgers. Definitely not our expectations of Wendy's. Ordered no onionsand seemed to get extra onions. Next time we will go across the road to chipotle. Read more
There's a reason why all the fast foods restaurants are 3.7 star's and down. Wendy's 3.7 is the highest so it's like a 5.
